Influenced by Tuscan architecture, Residenza Tili Vini highlights the company ’ s Italian heritage by blending materials from the site’s current buildings with natural materials native to Italy. Intended to be a place of comfort and community, the five guest homes will each have their own distinctive features, but will be united by a central wine tasting and outdoor gathering space.

The Ojo de Agua refugee resort is a sanctuary that reminds asylum seekers of home. The design is inspired by the Nicaraguan flag, the structure is triangular, symbolizing unity.
Interiors are decorated in bright colors, representing peace. It's a place to give them a sense of what they can aspire to. To give them a sense of beauty and clarity in a place where they can begin to pull themselves together and organize their interiority.
