Influenced by Tuscan architecture, Residenza Tili Vini highlights the company ’ s Italian heritage by blending materials from the site’s current buildings with natural materials native to Italy. Intended to be a place of comfort and community, the five guest homes will each have their own distinctive features, but will be united by a central wine tasting and outdoor gathering space. In order to promote Tili’s “love for winemaking and being in harmony with nature,” Residenza Tili Vini will accentuate the relationship between landscape and structure.

The Ojo de Agua refugee resort is a sanctuary that reminds asylum seekers of home. The design is inspired by the Nicaraguan flag, the structure is triangular, symbolizing unity. Interiors are decorated in bright colors, representing peace. It's a place to give them a sense of what they can aspire to. To give them a sense of beauty and clarity in a place where they can begin to pull themselves together and organize their interiority. To escape the realities of domestic violence, political persecution, and drug and alcohol abuse in their country and to remember the great parts of their culture and traditions.

The office will be designed to exude a feeling of minimalism, with sleek, clean lines, and a limited color palette that evokes a sense of simplicity and elegance. The focus of the design will be on using a variety of textures to create an experience that engages the senses and promotes productivity.
