As many as 100 San Diego residents sustain a life-altering spinal cord injury each year. Currently over 3,000 spinal cord injury survivors live in San Diego HeadNorth is proud to provide help and hope for these relentless & inspiring individuals. Since our inception we’ve distributed over $250,000 in assistance to more than 100 individuals, and pledged $1 million in research. With new injuries sustained each day, we remain committed to providing help & hope now and into the future.
