I am a Speaker, Best Selling Author, and Vision & Leadership Coach. I am fulfilling my purpose by teaching others how to create a powerful and actionable vision for their life and businesses. I know that if I can help a leader become more clear on who they are and how they serve, they can make a bigger impact on the lives of the people they influence! I have had success in growing two businesses over the past 30 years, but have also suffered tragedy when I lost both my husband and my son to suicide three years apart. My daughter and I co-authored a book together in 2019 to share our journey entitled 'Keep Looking Up', and now sometimes speak together about our story and our passion for helping people get through life adversities. TELL US ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. I speak and teach people why they need a written clear vision and how to write one like they have never done before. I hold 10-week coaching groups for individuals ready to design their life, and private coach team leaders and business owners.
WHERE DID THE IDEA FOR YOUR BUSINESS NAME COME FROM? Infinity has always been my word. I first wrote it on the cover of my journal at the age of 14 and since then I have used it for my growing communities, Infinite Nation.
HOW DID YOU DESIGN YOUR LOGO? I invested in marketing to research my ideal clients and what colors spoke to them and reflected my personality. It just made sense to use my initials since I am known by my name more than my company name.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE GREATEST ACHIEVEMENTS YOU'VE ACCOMPLISHED OVER THE YEARS?
MEET CAREY CONLEY Carey was born and raised in Denver, CO. She now makes Oklahoma her home base to spend time with her daughter Laurel, son-in-law Ethan, and grand-son Pryce. Carey’s experience of growing successful sales and marketing businesses for twenty years while raising her kids is an achievement on its own. She now owns her coaching practice Infinity Corporation for over a decade and has helped hundreds around the country and the world gain momentous success. She also co-authored a Bestselling book called ‘Keep Looking Up’ in 2019. Carey Conley’s personal story is full of extraordinary success and devastating tragedy. She lost her husband and son to suicide three years apart and was able to be strong for her daughter and to live her purpose which became her driving force. Those are the experiences that bring power to her message and help others achieve what they never thought was possible. Carey helps people create, develop, and execute a rock-solid, bigger-than-life vision that propels them to succeed in all areas of life. My greatest accomplishment has been raising two amazing kids. I have lost my beautiful son, but my daughter is now married and had a son two years ago. She has become an amazing woman, and mom, and is also a speaker. During the time I was raising my kids, I grew to the top of my networking marketing company earning many awards, trips, cars, and leadership recognition. I became a speaker ten years ago and am now known as the 'Vision Expert'. I have mentored thousands to write their vision, and have been featured in magazines, on radio, on stages, and also on multiple podcasts. I authored the book "Vision is Victory" in 2015, and co-authored our book 'Keep Looking Up' with my daughter, Laurel Wilson. WHAT WERE YOUR BIGGEST OBSTACLES? At first, it was overcoming rejection and the naysayers. When I left my 'secure' job to build a network marketing team people thought I was crazy. I have had many days when things didn't go as planned and have lost many team members through the journey. When I decided ten years ago to create my own speaking and coaching business it was a huge wake-up call to actually do that alone and without a team like I was used to. My biggest obstacle overall has been losing my husband and son during this time of my business and having to make some big life choices of what to keep doing/not doing and moving several times as well. WILL YOU SHARE YOUR VISION WITH US? My Vision is to help you discover yours. My Purpose is to create a generation of driven individuals dedicated to achieving more and creating their most outrageous dreams and living their greatest potential. WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM OTHERS IN YOUR INDUSTRY? My story and my years of experience with a variety of people from all walks of life and ages. I also have a very unique way of teaching people how to take their vision and put it on paper with target goal dates. I am dedicated to helping people identify their dreams and goals through vision building and to achieve those goals through discovering their purpose. I believe that success in life is about following your true passion. I draw from more than two decades of experience in business and more life experience that I can share here. It is through my joy and my pain, through my success and my struggles, that I offer you the greatest opportunity to create a clear path to design your destiny by living in your Purpose. AS A SOUL VISIONARY, WHAT IS ONE PIECE OF ADVICE YOU WOULD GIVE SOMEONE WHO MIGHT BE STARTING OUT? The piece of advice I would give to someone starting out is, before you take any action, or invest any time or money into your business you have to get super clear on exactly what you want to create and why! You cannot create an action plan with knowing what that big picture is first.

HOW HAS YOUR STORY MADE YOU A STRONGER PERSON? I am more passionate about helping people live their purpose and know they matter since losing my husband and son. I don't take my life for granted and am grateful to God for being my anchor in all the storms. IF YOU COULD GO BACK IN TIME, WHAT IS ONE PIECE OF ADVICE YOU WOULD TELL YOURSELF?
To not waste so much time overthinking things and doubting myself. Belief in yourself is everything and be sure to surround yourself with people who believe in you, too!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EMPOWERING AND ENABLING? There is a fine line between empowering people and enabling them. This falls under boundaries. So often, the very things we do to help our friends, our children, and family members aren’t actually helping them. Instead, we’re setting them up to be weak instead of assisting them to find their own strength. Think of how many times you step in to do something for someone thinking you are helping when in reality they could be empowered by letting them tap into their own creativity, resilience, and power. Every time we swoop in to try to fix something for them and we don’t let them see what they are capable of themselves, we unknowingly steal their power and their confidence.
ARE BOUNDARIES HEALTHY? Having boundaries is not a selfish thing, it’s a selfless thing.I can’t recall one speech, workshop, or coaching session in which there has not been overwhelming agreement among the participants that setting and sticking with boundaries is a problem. Most times when I bring up the topic, people roll their eyes, raise their hands, and nod up and down knowingly because they know boundary setting is a challenge for them. This struggle isn’t limited to a specific age and income group either. I am talking about all ages of people from a wide variety of backgrounds, levels of success, and education. From the young adults we are working with to the highest-paid professionals I coach, they all ask for help and guidance in this area. HOW DO YOU BALANCE WORK, FAMILY, AND MENTAL HEALTH? The first hour of my day is in quiet time to read, pray, and journal. I put my exercise schedule in my day and make sure I spend a lot of time with my grandson! WHO ARE THE MAKERS OF YOUR LEMONADE? TELL US ABOUT PRYCE.
It is surreal to see your baby have a baby and think it was not too long ago when I was holding her for the first time. And even though I am certainly old enough to be a grandma, it took me the better part of a year, doing my best to be a part of their lives as much as possible, to really feel like Pryce is my grandson. I know many women who are grandmas. They kept telling me that there is nothing like it in the world. And boy were they right about that!
