EAT, DRINK AND SHOP AT HOLIDAY CHEERS PARTY AND BENEFIT SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER 8 Do you hear what we hear? The 2022 Holiday Cheers Party and Outreach Benefit is live again this year! The committee and Associate Council have worked hard to launch the 25th Annual Holiday Cheers Benefit as a hybrid event...allowing you to bid on silent auction items from the comfort of your couch or during the live event on Thursday, December 8 at the Savannah Center beginning at 5 pm. The Savannah Center is located at 5533 Chappell Crossing Boulevard in West Chester. This year, this event will be a plated dinner and will feature an all-new Deck The Walls raffle. The silent auction will launch online starting on Friday, December 2 and run through close during the live event on December 8. If you are registered to attend the live event, watch for details on setting up your online account to begin bidding. If you are NOT attending the live event, but still would like to participate in the silent auction bidding, click here. The GCNKAA Holiday Cheers Benefit provides SIX different opportunities in which you can participate. First, you may purchase raffle tickets and try your luck at winning an item in the raffle. Second, if you don’t want to leave an item to luck, you can test your perseverance in the silent bid benefit. The live auction offers you the chance to outbid your competitors on those once-in-a-lifetime items. Of course, the rapid raffle returns this year. You can purchase raffle tickets for $10 each or 3 for $20 and win one of several cash prizes of up to $600 each. Also making its return this year - for only $40 you can purchase a Wine Mystery Bag OR for $50 you can purchase a Bourbon Mystery Bag. Each bag consists of a bottle of wine OR bourbon and a scratch-off lottery ticket. Some lucky bourbon mystery bags will also include $50 cash! And finally - new

Simply make your selection and we will have the item shipped directly to you after the event is over. All purchases made at the benefit are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law. All net proceeds benefit the Apartment Association Outreach, a 501(c)3 charitable organization dedicated to providing rent assistance payments to people who cannot afford to pay their rent due to a personal emergency or conflict beyond their control. Each month, the Outreach supports the housing departments of the Free Store Foodbank, Citizens Active in Northside (CAIN), Jewish Family Service, and Santa Maria Community Services with payments totaling more than $148,000 per year. Admission to the event is $75 per person. Free parking, free food, and free beverages will be sponsored by the Association. Click here to register online through December 2. Congratulations to Jacob Paff (right) with Village Green Management for winning the 2022 GCNKAA Maintenance Mania presented by HD Supply. We now have to wait until May 2023 to see if Jacob will continue on to compete at the national competition in Atlanta in June 2023.
