By comparison New Hampshire is considered the most livable state by US News and World Report. It is surrounded by the highest taxed states in the country. CNBC ranked New Hampshire as America’s Top State for “Quality of Life.” With over 1300 lakes and 85% of the state covered in trees, is it possible that all that fresh air creates a healthy place to live.
At every price point, waterfront properties are a real value in New Hampshire compared to
my former addresses in New York, Connecticut and Boston. I say New Hampshire is the best of all worlds. Lake Winnipesaukee is the largest lake in New Hampshire at over 44,000 acres and 200 feet deep surrounded by mountain vistas and the best that Mother Nature can provide. It encompasses the towns of Alton, Gilford, Laconia, Meredith, Center Harbor, Tuftonboro Moultonborough and Wolfeboro. Each town has its own amenities and
personality, all connected by the natural splendor of “The Big Lake”.
