Many would agree that 2020 might be a year to forget. However some of the most amazing things happened. The world was forced to reevaluate how and where to live and work. So many people rushed to Home Depot and Lowes to improve their surroundings even with the cost of wood and supplies skyrocketing. Everyone found that everything can be delivered.

For many the best that could be found was further East and a bit North to New Hampshire.

Our towns saw a surge of new families making NH a new home. Real estate in New Hampshire has defied any imagination.
