Mike and Vik took a mini-vacation in January, the master bathroom leaked into the kitchen.
You reach a year of celebrations as we did you’re apt to say, "How'd it get here so fast!?" We say, "Wow, we got here! So Fast!" Yes, we dined a lot in 2023, celebrating expected anniversaries and unexpected milestones as indicated by the numbers in the headline, further explained in the box (right). Those benchmarks are also responsible for the gaggle of gym photos glimpsed throughout.

Of the milestones, maybe the most notable is that this is the 20th edition of The Roosa Register that succeeded 10 years of The Horizon Chronicles.

Our thankfulness extends to deeper appreciation of everyday things and the hand of God in them — nature, incidental interactions. Grasping His Hand (spiritually, intellectually) has brought contentment by finding humor and managing emotions amid ‘tudes of posts and news around us. So this is an expanded edition to thank the people and moments who gave us joy by reconnecting face-toface, celebrating rare family outings, joining us on date nights, travelogues, and escapes into nature making this a wonderful wild life.
