“Personnel” Privileges While we’ve had sage insights from our Ministry Accountability Team, we especially salute the input of Pastor Rich Massey and wife, Nancy, guiding us from Texas. Personal joy found Garlan becoming a father-in-law and a grandpa, courtesy his two children; while, after 28 years, Mike and Vikki went on a second honeymoon. All of which reminded us: parenting and marriage are also inventive acts of worship.
