From Lockup To Legacy

In early 2016, KIT Ministries was presenting our Sunday morning ministry at Connection Church in Libertyville, IL. Generally, the Sunday morning ministry is the core ensemble, Michael and Vikki performing, Garlan on keyboards. After rehearsal, a big man with childlike awe asked if he could sit in on drums during the service. That’s how we met George Moore Jr., and began a beautiful friendship with not just a drummer, but — more importantly — a man convicted to turning lives around. Because he had once been convicted.
