Final considerations  Governance is increasingly important in a more and more complex and regulated world.

 A bad governance increases dramatically the risk to fail.  The quality of the board members is paramount.  The work of Non-Executive Directors is becoming a specific profession within listed companies.  The board is requested to act more and more as a team.  The organization within the board is key to prevent risks and take effective decisions.
