THE 2026 THEME

PRIDE IS INFINITE

Each year, Miami Beach Pride chooses a theme that reflects not just a moment in time, but the evolving story of our community. For 2026, we arrive at a theme that feels both expansive and deeply personal: Pride is Infinite.

At its heart, this theme recognizes something profound about the LGBTQ+ experience our identities, our creativity, our resilience, and our joy cannot be contained within boundaries. Pride has never been a fixed point It is a continuum, a movement that stretches across generations, cultures, and identities It is constantly unfolding, expanding, and redefining itself.

The idea of infinity captures that spirit.

The symbol itself, a continuous loop with no beginning and no end, reflects the enduring nature of the fight for equality and the limitless ways people experience and express who they are. It reminds us that Pride is not confined to a single month, a parade route, or even a single community Pride lives in the everyday acts of courage that allow people to live authentically.

CELEBRATING OUR DIVERSITY

“Pride is Infinite” also acknowledges the incredible diversity within the LGBTQ+ community. There is no singular way to be queer, trans, nonbinary, or allied. Our community contains multitudes different stories, cultures, identities, and experiences that intersect in powerful and beautiful ways When we say Pride is infinite, we are celebrating that boundless spectrum.

FACING POLITICAL CHALLENGES

At a time when many in our community still face challenges to their rights, safety, and visibility, the theme also carries a message of resilience. The LGBTQ+ movement has always been powered by people who refused to accept limits placed on their lives or their futures. From the earliest acts of resistance to today’s continued advocacy for equality, our progress has been fueled by imagination the belief that a more inclusive world is possible.

WHY IT MATTERS

In that sense, Pride is truly infinite Every year, new stories are written. New leaders emerge. New generations claim their space and shape what Pride means next.

INFINITY IS POSSIBILITY

It invites us to think beyond the present moment and imagine the future we are still building together A future where every person can live openly, safely, and with dignity. A future where LGBTQ+ youth see endless possibilities ahead of them. A future where love, identity, and selfexpression are not restricted by fear or prejudice

For Miami Beach Pride, this theme also speaks to the power of community. Pride is not created by any single organization or individual it exists because thousands of people show up, share their stories, and celebrate one another Each voice adds to an ever-expanding tapestry of culture, activism, and celebration.

As we gather in 2026 to celebrate Miami Beach Pride, we invite everyone to reflect on what infinity means to them. Perhaps it is the infinite strength found in chosen family. The infinite creativity expressed through art, music, and performance The infinite courage required to live authentically Or the infinite love that binds our community together.

Pride began as a protest. It has grown into a global celebration. And yet its purpose still is continuing pushing forward, expanding up and outward, reaching toward a more inclusive future.

Because Pride is not a moment. Pride is Infinite.

Miami Beach Pride’s Angels Program reflects a simple but powerful belief: supporting LGBTQ+ youth today helps shape a stronger, more inclusive tomorrow. In partnership with the Point Foundation the nation’s largest scholarshipgranting organization for LGBTQ+ students of merit the program helps expand educational opportunities while nurturing the next generation of leaders.

Through this collaboration, funds raised by the Angels Program contribute to scholarships, mentorship, leadership development, and community service training for LGBTQ+ students across the

country. The Point Foundation’s holistic approach ensures that recipients receive not only financial support, but also the guidance, networks, and skills needed to thrive both academically and professionally. The program’s impact was recently highlighted at the Angels Dinner, a successful fundraising evening that brought together supporters, community leaders, and advocates united by a shared commitment to education and equity. The event celebrated the achievements of LGBTQ+ scholars while reinforcing the importance of sustained investment in their futures. By supporting students of

promise, the Angels Program extends the mission of Miami Beach Pride far beyond the festival itself It transforms celebration into action, ensuring that Pride’s values opportunity, empowerment, and inclusion continue throughout the year.
