Survive the Abyss in the Mind

The unpleasant emotions, those that battle with your mind, those that exhaust you to the point that you see nothing but darkness Without realizing it, you have fallen into an abyss, and you shut yourself off from the world because of the spiraling depression and anxiety you feel You then ask yourself, "How can I break free from this?"

Adolescence is the stage when one is prone to developing social anxiety and depression Research says that among Filipino children ages 5 to 15, 10% to 15% are affected by mental health problems Several reasons why teens develop such are the following: trauma, their environment (at home or in school), low self-esteem, and being a victim of grave crimes (such as sexual harassment, child abuse, etc ) As these continue to happen, the scars on their hearts deepen, and depression and anxiety may lead to death

Stress is something that we cannot erase in life, and what matters is how we deal with it There are a lot of ways to cope with stress and anxiety, and it is important to choose the right way and avoid unhealthy coping skills or habits So, what are ways to deal with your situation? A situation so hard, you feel like you have reached rock bottom
