SSG bag inspection adds security to Mahighers

According to Duterte’s speech, “MATATAG” stands for the following:
- MAke the curriculum relevant to produce competent and job-ready, active, and responsible citizens;
- TAke steps to accelerate delivery of basic education facilities and services;
- TAke good care of learners by promoting learner well-being, inclusive education, and a positive learning environment; and - Give support to teachers to teach better
Sara Duterte stated that DepEd will continue to work with agencies that can help re-order the country’s education system such as not to invade the privacy of students on their belongings

Mr Mandap further explained that some students bring weapons to school because of gang wars It may seem like a joke to some but the line "Aabangan kita," poses a threat to many "Hopefully hanggang sa katapusan ng termino namin bilang Supreme Student Government mamaintain namin yung ganyang record," Mr Mandap said
The bag inspection is a collaboration project of SSG and SDRRM officers
The following schedules are followed on the conduct of their face-to-face classes: JHS level on Mondays and Tuesdays, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM; Elementary level on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN; and on Fridays, students are given modules and they are allowed to catch up with what they missed during the sessions as Commission on Higher Education and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and Alternative Learning System (ALS) "Today, the DepEd stands before you, heart in hand, humbly seeking your support," she added
