ABOUT In the Fall of 2008, the community of Mahogany was established by Hopewell Residential. Shortly thereafter, Mahogany was awarded “Calgary’s New Community of the Year, 2009”. Since then the community of Mahogany continues to grow and has won “Calgary Community of the Year, 2012”, “Calgary Community of the Year, 2013” as well as “Alberta’s Community Development of the Year, 2014”.

The Mahogany Homeowners Association is a non-profit organization established for residents of Mahogany to give them the everlasting value of living in an exceptional community. Mahogany residents live an energetic lifestyle, and are surrounded by a true sense of community spirit and togetherness.
