SEPTEMBER PU L S E
Stay updated with the Pulse Monthly - September 2021 edition! In the Human Resources Department, as part of our continued development of our internal communications to our team members, we introduce the Pulse Monthly. In this edition: - Department Feature - Employee Status Changes - Service Interruption & Changes - MHMC Monthly News - What's Coming... Mc Carson Bledman Deputy Manager - Employee Engagement Reward & Recognition / Editor Hello Team MHMC, I know it sounds cliché but... how time flies. There’s so much going on at once, it is important that we share all pertinent information with you. I do hope that our last issue was insightful, and I am excited about all the great news we have for you this month! We celebrated a few teams last month on their special designated day and this month is no different. Look out for the highlights! If you’re not already following our pages, I urge you to as you’re missing out on all the important bulletins and shout outs! We’re living in very unprecedented times, one thing COVID-19 has taught us is to take nothing for granted, celebrate every win no matter how small, tell our colleagues how grateful we are for their service and to really live life to the fullest. With that said and in the spirit of being grateful, many of our team members have worked tirelessly through this pandemic and the last few weeks has been incredibly hectic, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to each one of you. This has tested your resilience and your commitment, and I am especially grateful to you for going above and beyond. It is possibly one of the best expressions of our “Hospital with a heart” theme. So, this edition is filled with information, take some time to digest it. If you have any feedback, please feel free to reach out to the team, we are happy to hear your suggestions. Do enjoy the read and I will look out to meet you along our hallways of MHMC. In the meantime until the next edition, remember to follow the protocols to keep yourself, family, friends and colleagues safe:
