IMPORTANT NOTICE
In Placer County, the simple rule is: wash water cannot be allowed to run into the street, gutter, storm drain, ditch, creek, or drainage channel unless it is a specifically allowed clean discharge. Storm drains are for rainwater, not cleaning water. Placer County’s stormwater ordinance makes it unlawful to cause an illicit discharge into the storm drain system, and “pollutants” include things like soaps, detergents, oils, yard waste, dirt/sediment, debris, chemicals, and similar materials.
When power washing, pressure washing, hosing, or cleaning any item or surface on your lot, all runoffs must be contained on your property and prevented from entering streets, gutters, storm drains, drainage ditches, or shared area drains.
Storm drains must be protected before cleaning begins.
Dirty water, soap, chemicals, oil, sediment, paint, debris, or other materials may not be discharged into the storm drain system. Any discharge must be immediately stopped, contained, cleaned up, and reported as required by Placer County stormwater rules.0.
One important wrinkle: Placer County’s county ordinance applies to unincorporated Placer County. If the property is inside a city like Roseville, Rocklin, or Lincoln, the city’s stormwater rules may apply too, and they are generally similar. For example, Roseville says wash water from power washing parking lots, trash enclosures, or floor mats is not allowed into the storm drain system.

RV Lot Rules
The use of the R.V. storage area is permitted only on the following conditions: 1. Rental Agreement signed by resident; 2. availability of space; 3. payment of monthly storage fee; and the vehicle stored must be a passenger vehicle, boat, travel trailer, or utility trailer; exceptions must be approved in writing by management and will only be considered in the event space was not needed for any of the aforementioned vehicles.
The storage agreement for any vehicle may be terminated by the management on a 30-day advance written notice and as provided by law, no cause need be provided as to the basis for the termination of the storage agreement.
A separate storage agreement is provided that expressly defines the rights and duties of the parties respecting R. V. storage. If, at some time in the future, that storage area is discontinued, then you will have to find someplace other than the Community to park your vehicle. No vehicle may be "stored" on your Homesite. "Storage" includes, without limitation, the parking of an inoperative vehicle for a period exceeding two weeks or the parking of a vehicle for the purpose of selling it as part of a commercial activity. You may, of course, leave your vehicle on your Homesite while you are on vacation.
Storage Agreement states: 1. Vehicles stored in the RV spaces must be maintained in a neat and clean condition at all times. All vehicles must always be in operable condition, with tires inflated. All vehicles must bear current registration. All vehicles must be Insured or NonOp. To avoid damage to the parking space, vehicles must not drip or leak any fluid. Drip pans are not permitted, as they may shift, move or be taken, and are unsightly in appearance. Washing of vehicles is not permitted in your designated RV space. It must be in the wash-bay located in the RV lot. No repairs, maintenance, or servicing of vehicles is permitted unless management authorizes. No sleeping, residing in or occupation of the vehicle is permitted, this includes your guests.
If you have a storage space that does not meet the park’s RV Lot Rules, a notice will be sent to those who have any of these violations. If you have questions regarding a notice you have received, please call the office and provide any updates you may have. You will have 30 days to cure any violation you may have received. If nothing has been done, your vehicle will be towed, you will lose your space, and you will no longer be able to rent RV spaces again, in the future.
