The meeting portion will be held at the very end of the evening. If you would like to help rebuild the social club, please consider joining as a board member. I promise to keep the meeting short.
POOL RULES for Usage June 2026-October 2026
PLEASE REVIEW THE PARK SWIMMING POOL RULES BEFORE USING THE POOL.
MAKE SURE THAT YOUR GUESTS ARE EDUCATED AS WELL. HIGHLIGHTED AREAS ARE ISSUES THAT HAVE COME UP SINCE THE OPENING IN MAY.
The swimming pool opens May 1 st and closes Oct. 1 st for the winter months. There are no lifeguards on duty and all use of the pool area is at your own risk. The Pool and spa are heated to the specifications of the health department. The following are some Rules to observe while using the pool. Some may seem ridiculous to mention, but each is the result of a complaint from previous years.
HOURS FOR RESIDENTS: 9:00am TO 8:00pm.
Hours for children (under the age of 18 years: 01:30PM to 03:30PM only. No Exceptions.
PLEASE NOTE:
1.MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY WATER AEROBICS CLASSES ARE HELD FROM 10:00 TO 12:00.
2.All children and guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times. Children are not allowed in the hot tub. Children must be properly supervised and watched at all times by tenants to avoid possible injury.
3.NO BALL GAMES OR RUNNING IN THE POOL AREA IS ALLOWED.
4.No diaper babies are allowed in the water (including “swimmies”) PLEASE USE THE SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL OR SPA.
DO NOT ENTER POOL OR SPA WITHOUT WEARING PROPER SWIMMING ATTIRE. T-SHIRTS AND CUT-OFFS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ANY FABRIC WITH COTTON FIBERS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE POOL FILTERS RESUTLTING IN COSTLY REPAIRS.
5.GUESTS: Each residence is allowed two (2) guests at the pool area.
6.CAREGIVERS ARE NOT RESIDENTS AND CAN ONLY USE THE POOL IF THEY ARE WITH A RESIDENT OF THE PARK.
6.FOOD/DRINK: No food or glassware allowed inside the pool area. Plastic water bottles, soft drinks in plastic containers are allowed, but please take the bottles with you when you leave.
7. No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed in the pool area.
8. SMOKERS: If you smoke, please put cigarette butts into the sand cans. Do not crush cigarettes on the pool pavement and leave them.
9. LOTIONS: If using sun tan lotion, please put a towel down on the furniture first. Before you leave the pool area, be sure to take a good look around and take all your belongings with you. Please remember this a shared area. Help us to keep it clean and enjoyable for all.
