3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced 1 cup panko breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Coat each breast in olive oil, then

dredge in a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian season ing.

3. Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 4. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes). Add lemon juice and chicken broth; simmer for about 5 minutes.

5. Drizzle the garlic sauce over the baked chicken and garnish with fresh herbs if de sired.

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough or puff pastry ½ cup unsalted butter, melted ½ cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) A pinch of salt

Instructions 1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly with non-stick cooking spray to ensure the cruffins don’t stick.

2. Prepare the Dough: Roll out the crescent roll dough or puff pastry on a clean surface. If using crescent dough, pinch the perforated seams together to create one large sheet of dough. If using puff pastry, just unfold it into a rectangle.

3. Mix the Cinnamon Sugar: In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until fully mixed. This will be the sweet filling for your cruffins.

4. Brush with Butter: Brush the entire surface of the dough with the melted butter using a pastry brush or a spoon. Ensure the dough is evenly coated with butter, as this will help the cinnamon sugar stick.

5. Sprinkle the Cinnamon Sugar: Generously sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the buttered dough.

Be sure to cover the surface completely, creating a flavorful layer of cinnamon and sugar.

6. Roll the Dough: Starting from one edge, tightly roll up the dough into a log shape, similar to how you would roll a cinnamon roll. Roll it up tightly so that the layers of butter and cinnamon sugar stay intact as you bake.

7. Cut into Slices: Once you have a rolled-up log, slice it into 12 equal pieces. These will be the individual cruffins.

8. Place in Muffin Tin: Place each rolled-up slice into the prepared muffin tin. You may need to gently coil the slice into the muffin cup to create the desired shape.

9. Bake: Bake the cruffins in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on top. Keep an eye on them to make sure they don’t over-brown.

10. Cool Slightly: Once baked, remove the cruffins from the oven and let them cool in the muffin tin for about 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

11. Serve and Enjoy: Serve the cruffins warm, with a hot beverage like coffee or tea, or enjoy them on their own as a sweet treat.You can also dust them with a little extra cinnamon sugar for an added touch of sweetness.
