How to solve sudoku puzzles
No math is required to solve a sudoku. You only need logic and patience.
Simply make sure that each 3x3 square region has only one instance of the numbers 1-9. Similarly, each number can only
appear once in a column or row in the larger grid. The difficulty on this puzzle is easy.

QUOTES
"But there's a story behind everything. How a picture got on a wall. How a scar got on your face. Sometimes the stories are simple, and sometimes they are hard and heartbreaking. But behind all your stories is always your mother's story, because hers is where yours begin."
― Mitch Albom, For One More Day
"I ask you, what good is a big picture window and the lavish appointments and a priceless decor in a home if there is no mother there?"
― Spencer W. Kimball "My mother's love has always been a sustaining force for our family, and one of my greatest joys is seeing her integrity, her compassion, her intelligence reflected in my daughters."
Michelle Obama
"To describe my mother would be to write about a hurricane in its perfect power. Or the climbing, falling colors of a rainbow."
Maya Angelou
"Mother is the name for God in the lips and hearts of little children."
William Makepeace Thackeray
What you are is God's gift to you, what you become is your gift to God.
Hans urs von Balthasar.
When you come from a communist country, you're life is so small that your ability to dream is like 'I just wish i had bread.' Then, you come to this country and the whole country is just dreams. People from America will never appreciate America as much as an immigrant will. There is nothing like this country; it is all about dreams.
Mila Kunis
Make sure you know what makes you happy, and don't forget it.
Derek Sivers
Hope lies in dreams, in imagination, and in the courage of those who dare to make dreams into reality.

Four major Social Security scams
Social Security fraud is rampant and increasing.
In 2022, about $3 billion in losses to scams were reported, according to the FBI. That was 84 percent higher than the previous year.
Here are the top four scam themes. If anyone contacts you in person, by mail, or electronically with a message that involves any aspect of these themes, call the Social Security Administration fraud prevention site at 800-2690271.
1 A phone call, or message, from someone saying they are a SSA employee. Never respond in any way. Call the fraud hotline.
2 A demand for money. The scammer says you owe some money as a penalty, for example, or as an overpayment of benefits. The call can be threatening. Don't respond in any way. Call the fraud hotline at 800-269-0271.
3 A claim that your Social Security number has been suspended. In this fraud, you are told you must give your personal information to reactivate your number. SSA never suspends Social Security numbers. Never give your information out to anyone.
Getting a massage: What to expect
Stiff muscles. Tension. Low back pain. Arthritis pain. Or just that feeling of needing touch. Massage can be helpful.
In fact, while we often see images of full body massage, there are many different kinds of massage, from hand massage to chair massage.
When you make an appointment with a massage therapist, have an idea what kind of massage you want. You won't have to disrobe, for example. But when you arrive for your appointment, wear soft clothing with no jewelry.
saged is uncovered.
But that isn't the only kind of massage. You can get a massage while seated, for example. This might be useful for a person with Atrial Fibulation, since completely reclining can sometimes cause Afib. You also don't have to completely disrobe. A back massage, for example, can be very helpful for tension and pain and it doesn't require disrobing. Simply tell the therapist what you want to do.
Typically, for an hour-long massage, the massage therapist takes you to the room, gives you a covering and leaves while you disrobe. You lie down, covering yourself. The therapist comes back when you are ready and begins the massage by uncovering the part (such as the foot) to be worked on first. Only the part of the body that is being mas-
If you are a caregiver for a disabled parent or someone with dementia, inquire as to whether the massage therapist does geriatric massage. Such massage involves specific techniques to build trust with the client and uses gentle techniques. You can also book a massage for a shorter time, a half-hour for example.
According to the Mayo Clinic, massage can improve circulation, relieve pain, and help with anxiety, depression, and even insomnia.
Older Americans Months focuses on connections
This year Older Americans Month (OAM) celebrates our social, civic, and family connections.
It's not just about having someone to chat with. The OAM theme is about the transformative potential of community engagement in enhancing mental, physical, and emotional well-being. In short, the more connected we are, the better for everyone, including ourselves.
Older Americans Month was established in 1963 and is observed every May. Each year OAM highlights the contributions of older Americans and reaffirms community commitment to serving older adults.
•Invite more connection into your life by finding a new passion, joining a social club, taking a class, or trying new activities in your community. •Stay engaged in your community by giving back through volunteering, working, teaching, or mentoring.
•Invest time with people to build new relationships and discover deeper connections with your family, friends, colleagues, or neighbors.
To power your connection, try these tips:
For more information, visit the official OAM website and follow ACL on X, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Join the conversation on social media using the hashtag #OlderAmericansMonth.
