The general purpose for which this corporation is formed is to engage in any lawful act or activity to represent the homeowners in the mobile home park known as Linda Vista Village ("LVV").
Specific Purposes: 1) Provide pleasure and recreation for the residents of LVV through various community activities; 2) Provide information and materials to the residents of LVV pertaining to their rights and responsibilities as mobile home owners; 3) Represent the residents of LVV to statewide agencies and organizations for the benefit of the residents; and 4) represent the residents of LVV to current and/or future landowner(s) and leaseholder(s) and their managers.
The residents of every home in the Park (both homeowners and other occupants) are members of the HOA. There are currently no dues for members. If you are interested in participating, please contact the HOA at lindavistavillagesdhoa@gmail.com
If you know someone would like to be added to the HOA email and/or the mail tube list, please have them email the HOA at lindavistavillagesdhoa@gmail.com
Please donate your beverage containers: Rinsed, clean, bagged. All aluminum cans are recyclable. If glass or plastic bottles don't have "CA CRV" or "CA CASH REFUND“ printed on them, toss them in your blue barrel. Please put your bag(s) at the end of your driveway by 9:00 AM.
Meet at Space #96 at 9:00 A.M. You can help with any part of the task: Picking up donations, sorting at Space #96, and helping recycling at the local recycling facility. Part or all. If you do it all, the team finishes and returns to LVV by 11:30 or 12 noon. If you come to help, be sure to wear a mask and you may want to wear gloves, also. Bonus: you will get to know some of your LVV neighbors and help us all out.

Several residents have informed the HOA of parking issues, including warnings and towing of vehicles. If you have questions, Parking Management Solutions is the name of the company - phone is (619) 764-3754, ask for DJ.
Let the HOA know if you have received warnings or have been towed, and save all paperwork. The HOA is working with the management on revised rules and regulations that will address these issues.
But please note, the HOA does not manage the LVV common property (parking, towing, canyon clean-up, pool community area, et cetera), the management does

You have a clean slate every day you wake up. You have a chance every single morning to make that change and be the person you want to be. You just have to decide to do it. Decide today's the day. Say it: this is going to be my day.

When a woman wears leather clothing, a man's heart beats faster. His throat gets dry. He gets weak in the knees and begins to think irrationally.
Ever wonder why?
She smells like a new truck!
He was eating lunch at a truck stop when three bikers walked in. The first pushed his cigarette into the old man's pie, then took a seat at the counter.
The second spit in the old man's milk, then took a seat at the counter. The third turned his plate over and then took a seat at the counter.
The old man left without a word. One of the bikers said to the waitress, "Humph, not much of a man is he?"
The waitress replied: "Not much of a truck driver either. He just backed his truck over three motorcycles."
An elderly couple just bought cellphones and learned how to text. She was the romantic type and one afternoon sent him this message.
"If you are sleeping, send me your dreams.
If you are laughing, send me your smile.
If you are eating, send me a bite.
If you are drinking, send me a sip.
If you are crying, send me your tears. I love you."
The husband texted back to her: "I'm in the bathroom. Please advise."
