I hope everyone is staying cool and hydrated. We have A lot to cover this month so I’ll get right to it. Night parking ,I just don’t understand where the Misunderstanding is. Community Rules: NO PARKING On the streets after 10:00 pm this is not a suggestion It is a rule that each and everyone of you signed for Residency. Yet we are still having offenders which totally blows my mind. We take our Rules & Regulations seriously and you should also. It’s not that Difficult. Repeat offenders can be EVICTED. Your lot must be kept clean, free of weeds and debris. These are simple rules, I know a few of you have a hard time living by our community rules. If you are one of the few my suggestion to you is maybe find Somewhere else to reside. For all the rest of our rule abiding residents THANK YOU!! You are appreciated. Pet owners you are responsible for cleaning up behind your dog or cat on a Daily basis. Do not let Feces pile up in your yard this is INEXCUSABLE. Last Item YARD SALES, no Devonshire Downs does not
