Hello May ! We started getting my kind of weather in the latter part of April. I’m sure you all know that that means over 80 degrees.
I must apologize for not being able to provide the April magazine, but either this old lady or her old computer just wouldn’t perform in a satisfactory way. I’m trying to resolve the problem and purchased a new computer, so the “old computer” has been updated, but the old lady you are just going to have to put up with.
We still are having people that are driving to fast. I really don’t know how they are doing it without ruining their cars. I have to slow down to about 5 mph to go over some of the speed bumps. Of course I have low profile tires so that’s probably the reason. Oh yeah, and just the other day someone actually went around me as I stopped for a stop sign. Not only are you breaking park rules and regulations, but you are putting people and their pets in danger. PLEASE SLOW DOWN AND OBEY THE STOP SIGNS!!!!
Now on the better side of thoughts. Some of the properties are beginning to look better. We all want to live in a nice and clean neighborhood, but that does take the efforts of all of us that live here. I know it can be discouraging to clean up your place when your neighbor doesn’t, but perhaps setting a good example will encourage them to make improvements. And the green belts are all looking pretty good. Oh yes, I must be in a complaining mood, but I have noticed a lot of cans, plastic bottles, and even bait containers floating in the lake. Please take the time and effort to put your waste into one of the many trash receptacles.
God’s blessings to each and every one of you !
Linda Tait, Country Lake Social Club
Recycle day is Thursday every week
Please help support this magazine, the “Home of the Month” award and other special events by placing your empty and clean plastic and aluminum beverage containers on your post each Thursday morning by 9:00 am for pick up. We have gracious volunteers that make the rounds in the community to pick up these items for recycle. Please, no food bottles and no Glass. Thank you for your consideration and donations. Just a couple of things you can do to help:
1. Only water and juice bottles
2. Please Rinse all containers
3. Only aluminum cans like soda and beer cans
No Pick-ups will be done of rainy days or holidays ! ! !
A very special thank you to all those volunteers !
Congratulations !
Valerie & Mark Space 210

Is there something missing in this picture ???? YES there is! The rules of Country Lake specify that when walking your dogs, they are required to be on leash. I understand that some of you think that your dogs are so well behaved that the leash is unnecessary, however it is still the rule.
A MUCH BETTER EXAMPLE
Also please remember to pick up after your dogs. There are “poop bags” located conveniently with receptacles for excrement.
Please be considerate of others when you’re walking your dog. Even if your dog is “friendly” some people are not comfortable around dogs so be sure to confirm their feelings before you let your dog get to close.

How to solve sudoku puzzles
The headline is a clue to the answer in the diagonal.
May Sudoku
No math is required to solve a sudoku. You only need logic and patience.
Simply make sure that each 3x3 square region has only one instance of the numbers 1-9. Similarly, each number can only
appear once in a column or row in the larger grid. The difficulty on this puzzle is easy.
