you would like to see in your magazine.
You could let us know any of the following: A specific business (we would need their name and contact info), a type of business that you would like or a company you have used.
We do all of this to make sure we are providing you with access to companies that can help you in any number of ways. This is critical to the success of the magazine for both readers and advertisers. That is the partnership that has worked for over 40 years and still works today.
We would like to offer an incentive to any new advertiser you help us to get to advertise. For any new advertiser who wants to come on board we can offer a 10% discount on all 6 and 12 month ad contracts. The only condition is that they have never advertised before. We want new companies who can learn the benefits of advertising in your magazines.
We can be reached by email at readerresponse@mobilehomeparkmagazines.com or via phone (800)-828-8242 x3107.

Our corporate office periodically calls residents at random to ask how they rate living in our Community.
These calls are not spam. We would truly appreciate your answering the question. It helps us to know if there is something we need to work on.
The pool heater will be turned on May 2nd.
If you notice a street light out, please let the office know so we can fix it.
We are starting our annual inspections very soon, time is running out. Get a jump start on issues that may need attention around your homesite now. Not only does it help clean up your own site, it helps the Community in a whole look great and you may avoid a notice all together!
Thank you,
Kathy Manderfield
Attention Residents:
(Starting In Early April)
Our homesite inspections will be starting soon. Although we do see and notify of violations throughout the year, this is a time for a very thorough inspection of your home and site.
Over the course of April we will be inspecting every home and site for rule violations needing your attention.
Please take some time to get a jump start on your maintenance needs by walking around your home and taking care of issues ahead of time.
Common violations we are looking for:
• NO items/debris stored in driveways. Except items specifically permitted by the rules; BBQ’s, patio furniture, trash cans, etc.
• NO items within 3 feet of any meter/utility system.
• Awning gutter (growing out of the top of awnings) and yard weeds.
• Home and/or shed needs painting.
• Trees/bushes growing over lot lines.
• Bent awning posts.
• Worn/torn carpet on steps and decks.
This advance notice should allow residents plenty of time to handle maintenance issues and avoid violation notices.
If you have any questions please call the office.
Thank you

How to solve wordoku puzzles
You only need logic and patience to solve a wordoku. Simply make sure that each 3x3 square region has only one letter from the word JUDGMENT. Similarly, each letter can only appear once in a column or row in
the larger grid. The difficulty on this puzzle is medium.
