Hello everyone,
Residents must obtain written permission from the Park to keep a house pet If any pet poses a threat to the health and safety of the Residents or employees of the community, permission will be denied. Should Resident lose a pet, or the pet dies, permission must be obtained from the Park to replace the pet A Pet Agreement must be executed between the Park and Resident for each pet. Each pet must be licensed and inoculated in accordance with applicable laws.
. Disturbance. Pets will not be allowed to cause any disturbance, which might annoy neighbors, including, but not limited to, barking, growling, biting, chasing, or any other unreasonable noises, harm, or damage, which will be cause for revocation of permission to keep the pet.
Guests may not bring pets into the Park, except for guide dogs, signal dogs, and other service dogs. Pets are not permitted in the clubhouse, laundry, or any recreational area of the Park at any time, except for guide dogs, signal dogs, and other service dogs Pets which are found running loose in the Park may be confined and turned over to Animal Control, at Resident’s expense.
Leash Requirement. Pets must be on a leash while in the common area, and Resident must exercise care in cleaning up, and disposing of, pet excrement.
Revocation of Permission to Keep a Pet. If Resident fails to comply with any one of the pet rules, the Park may revoke approval of the pet and require that the pet be permanently removed from the Park property. Further, Resident is responsible and liable for any injury, damage or other loss, expense, harm, claim, demand, suit, and cause of action arising from, or because of, possession of the pet. Resident therefore agrees to indemnify and hold Owner and its employees, agents, and representatives free and harmless from all liability, including the provision of a defense, and including all claims, demands, suits, controversies, causes of action, loss, damage, injury, expense, attorneys fees, or any other liability which relates to the pet and permission to keep a pet. Stray Animals. Feeding stray animals is not allowed. Food may not be left out of doors for any pet or other animal.

How to solve sudoku puzzles
No math is required to solve a sudoku. You only need logic and patience.
Simply make sure that each 3x3 square region has only one instance of the numbers 1-9. Similarly, each number can only
appear once in a column or row in the larger grid. The difficulty on this puzzle is easy.

QUOTES
"But there's a story behind everything. How a picture got on a wall. How a scar got on your face. Sometimes the stories are simple, and sometimes they are hard and heartbreaking. But behind all your stories is always your mother's story, because hers is where yours begin."
― Mitch Albom, For One More Day
"I ask you, what good is a big picture window and the lavish appointments and a priceless decor in a home if there is no mother there?"
― Spencer W. Kimball "My mother's love has always been a sustaining force for our family, and one of my greatest joys is seeing her integrity, her compassion, her intelligence reflected in my daughters."
Michelle Obama
"To describe my mother would be to write about a hurricane in its perfect power. Or the climbing, falling colors of a rainbow."
Maya Angelou
"Mother is the name for God in the lips and hearts of little children."
William Makepeace Thackeray
What you are is God's gift to you, what you become is your gift to God.
Hans urs von Balthasar.
When you come from a communist country, you're life is so small that your ability to dream is like 'I just wish i had bread.' Then, you come to this country and the whole country is just dreams. People from America will never appreciate America as much as an immigrant will. There is nothing like this country; it is all about dreams.
Mila Kunis
Make sure you know what makes you happy, and don't forget it.
Derek Sivers
Hope lies in dreams, in imagination, and in the courage of those who dare to make dreams into reality.
Jonas Salk
