General Information

ā– Parking in red zones is strictly prohibited and can result in your and your guests' vehicles being towed. Only 20 minutes, with hazard lights on, is a vehicle permitted to park in front of the home for loading and unloading. Also, please be mindful of where you leave your vehicle, the streets in the park are very small. In the event your vehicle is towed please call Mr. C’s Towing at (800) 273-3699

ā– Please be mindful when leaving your vehicles in the visitors parking area. If your car is leaking oil, please do not park there.

ā– Please keep your space free of weeds and debris. Make sure landscaping is well maintained to prevent having an unclean and unsafe environment. All nonpatio related items are to be stored in storage sheds.

ā– Please clean up after your pets

ā– Please do not leave bulky item trash in the trash area. You may schedule a pickup with Athens and leave the item(s) in the back the night before scheduled pick up.

ā– Cars parked on this property must be in running condition, and registered

Key Actions for Environmental Sustainability

Reduce Energy Consumption: Switch to LED bulbs, unplug appliances, and lower heating/cooling settings.

Sustainable Transportation: Walk, bike, carpool, or use public transport to reduce emissions.

Reduce Plastic/Waste: Avoid single-use plastics, recycle effectively, and buy products with less packaging.

Dietary Changes: Eat more plant-based foods, reduce meat consumption, and buy local produce to cut transportation emissions.

Consumer Choices: Buy fewer, more sustainable, and second-hand items.

Active Conservation: Plant trees, use environmentally friendly cleaning products, and spread awareness.

Home Inspection Reminder

Violation Process

1. Verbal Notice

2. Courtesy Violation form

3. 14 Day Notice with fee attached for landscaping/7-day notice with fee attached for other violations (non-operable vehicles, non-patio related items being stored, and/or safety violations).

Home Modifications

Please make sure you pick up a Home and Space Improvement Form from the office before starting on any and all modifications to your home and space. It is important that you take this step before starting your project, because if it is not in compliance with park standards you will have to completely remove it and begin the process.

Some home modifications that need approval include:

ā–Paint

ā–Landscaping

ā–Fencing

ā–Add On’s / Patio

ā–Changing exterior

ā–Shades/Covers

ā–Sheds

We love our pets here at Norwalk Mobile Lodge!!

Please be considerate and clean up after your dogs and cats

Your pets primary existence should be inside of your home and outside during the day in nice weather. However, we need to be picking up after our pets even in our own spaces. Cold/rainy weather can cause spaces that have feces laying around to start smelling bad in the air. This can be a nuisance to you and your neighbors.

Also, while walking our pets on a leash, please pick up after your dog. This has been a very big issue. And in most common places there are cameras. Consider that not picking up after your pet is a violation to park rules, and the privilege to maintain a pet will be considered.

If you feel your dog might have escaped from your space, please follow its whereabouts to ensure they did not poop in someone else's space.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

How to solve sudoku puzzles

April Sudoku

No math is required to solve a sudoku. You only need logic and patience.

Simply make sure that each 3x3 square region has only one instance of the numbers 1-9. Similarly, each number can only

appear once in a column or row in the larger grid. The difficulty on this puzzle is easy.

The headline is a clue to the answer in the diagonal.

The lighter side

Psychiatry seminar

Psychiatry students were attending their first seminar. It was on emotional extremes. The professor wanted to establish some parameters, so he asked what they would say was the opposite of joy.

"Sadness," replied Mr. Nichols.

Ms. Biggs defined the opposite of depression as elation.

"And Mr. Martin, what is the opposite of woe?"

Bubba replied, "I believe that would be giddyup!"

The speeder

A man is stopped by police for speeding and the officer asks him for his license.

"I don't have one," the man says. "It was taken away for drunk driving."

So the officer asks for the man's vehicle registration.

"I don't have one," the man says. "This car is stolen and I've murdered the owner and stuck him in the trunk."

At this point, the officer calls for backup and in no time 10 police cars surround the stopped speeder.

The sergeant on the scene approaches the car and orders the man to open his trunk. He does and it is empty. The sergeant then asks for the man's driver's license. The man pulls out a valid license and vehicle registration.

"I don't get it," the sergeant says, "My officer here says you told him you had no license or registration and that you stole this car."

The man shakes his head and says, "I bet that liar told you I was speeding too."
