General Information
❖ Parking in red zones is strictly prohibited and can result in your and your guests' vehicles being towed. Only 20 minutes, with hazard lights on, is a vehicle permitted to park in front of the home for loading and unloading. Also, please be mindful of where you leave your vehicle, the streets in the park are very small. In the event your vehicle is towed please call Mr. C’s Towing at (800) 273-3699 ❖ Please be mindful when leaving your vehicles in the visitors parking area. If your car is leaking oil, please do not park there.
❖ Please keep your space free of weeds and debris. Make sure landscaping is well maintained to prevent having an unclean and unsafe environment. All nonpatio related items are to be stored in storage sheds.
❖ Please clean up after your pets ❖ Please do not leave bulky item trash in the trash area. You may schedule a pickup with Athens and leave the item(s) in the back the night before scheduled pick up. ❖ Cars parked on this property must be in running condition, and registered
We love our pets here at Norwalk Mobile Lodge Please be considerate and clean up after your dogs and cats Your pets primary existence should be inside of your home and outside during the day in nice weather. However, we need to be picking up after our pets even in our own spaces. Cold/rainy weather can cause spaces that have feces laying around to start smelling bad in the air. This can be a nuisance to you and your neighbors. Also, while walking our pets on a leash, please pick up after your dog. This has been a very big issue. And in most common places there are cameras. Consider that not picking up after your pet is a violation to park rules, and the privilege to maintain a pet will be considered. If you feel your dog might have escaped from your space, please follow its whereabouts to ensure they did not poop in someone else's space.

Visitors and Other Occupants
Other occupants in your home must be approved by the corporate office. Please stop by the park office and fill out a form. If you need overnight parking for your visitors please visit me in the office for a Visitor Parking placard. Without the acknowledgement of your visitors parking in the area overnight your cars are subject to being towed. The process is quick and easy, and it secures them a spot here at Norwalk Mobile Lodge. Please be mindful of the actions of your visitors, as you are responsible for them in all park recreational areas. Visitors may not: ❖ Park in red zones or laundry/manager parking spaces ❖ Cause a disturbance to other neighbors ❖ Use recreational areas without being accompanied by an adult resident

Home Inspection Reminder Home Inspections will continue this Fall The office will focus on homes that are in violations or are in a safety hazard violation. Refer back to your rules and if you have any questions reach out to Alexis in the park office.
Violation Process 1. Verbal Notice 2. Courtesy Violation form 3. 14 Day Notice with fee attached for landscaping/7-day notice with fee attached for other violations (non-operable vehicles, non-patio related items being stored, and/or safety violations).
Home Modifications Please make sure you pick up a Home and Space Improvement Form from the office before starting on any and all modifications to your home and space. It is important that you take this step before starting your project, because if it is not in compliance with park standards you will have to completely remove it and begin the process. Some home modifications that need approval include: ❖ Paint ❖ Landscaping ❖ Fencing ❖ Add On’s / Patio ❖ Changing exterior ❖ Shades/Covers ❖ Sheds
Reserving the Clubhouse
A few things to remember.. ❖ At time of application, you will receive a set of rules for you to keep ❖ Clubhouse rental is from 9am-9pm, with 30 minutes of cleaning up ❖ Your guests are not allowed to spill out into the pool area. Emergency exit must remain closed and side entrances to the pool are not to be used. Your guest may not eat and hang out by the pool area at any time. ❖ A deposit of $150.00 is held in case of any damages or you fail to clean up properly. The clubhouse should be left how you received it. ❖ Residents must be present at all times during an event and are responsible for the proper utilization of the facility, deposit, and clean up. ❖ No jumpers. ❖ No nails in the walls or decorations ❖ No additional electric cookers. There may be a power outage if you overload outlets. ❖ No live music is allowed. Please leave the clubhouse in the condition in which it was received. RESIDENT ADVISORY CONCERNING PARKING RULES AND TOWING Mr.C’S Towing Company has been assisting management with the enforcement of the park’s Parking Rules and Regulations. The management cannot arrange for you to retrieve your vehicle once it is towed, so you will need to contact the towing company personally at the number below if your vehicle has been towed. VEHICLES AND PARKING RULES ·
On-street parking inside the park is prohibited. · Recreational vehicles, campers, boats, trailers, buses, or other similar vehicles which are not for daily transportation may not be parked in Resident spaces. · ·
Residents may NOT park in visitor parking spaces.
Only loading and unloading for a period of (20) minutes is permitted. Vehicles must have emergency flashers on for that duration of time.
VEHICLES SUBJECT TO TOWING AT THE VEHICLE OWNER(S) EXPENSE: 1.
Any vehicle parked on the street (Including all Holidays).
2. Any vehicle Parked in the driveway of a vacant space or a home that is owned by a lender, a dealer, absentee owner, or the Park. 3.
Any vehicle that is parked on the sidewalk in front of a space.
4.
Any vehicle parked in front of the fire lane.
5.
Any vehicle that is blocking other parked vehicles.
6.
Any vehicle that is parked over (20) minutes /not loading or unloading.
7.
Any abandoned vehicles.
8. Any vehicle that is parked in a handicap space without a current identifying tag. 9.
Any vehicle blocking the entrance or exit of the park.
10. Any vehicle parked in violation of the guest parking rules or without current registration. 11. Any resident vehicle parked in the visitor parking spaces. 12. Any visitors parked overnight without management permission. Towing is not a pleasant business, and the park does not wish to exercise this enforcement, however, for the overall safety of the community and consideration of others, it is necessary. Please inform your family members and guests of these rules in order to avoid an unpleasant and costly situation that could easily be avoided. We appreciate your cooperation in observing the rules and regulations of Norwalk Mobile Lodge.
Please advise your visitors that parking is from 6am-11pm. Any time after that they will be towed at their expense. There will be no more visitor parking passes for the time being.
