NOHN TRACH PROJECTS

INTEGRATED MIXED - USE RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT | VIETNAM “BRANCHING OASIS GARDENS” Among the projects that have defined my career, one stands out for its sheer scale and ambition. Nhon Trach is a well-planned urban area with a total area of ​over 55 hectares. I helped bring to life an 8-meter-tall cascading water feature that flows the length of a 170meter boulevard. This dramatic water feature offers just a glimpse into the site’s expansive vision. Inspired by the dense canopy of an oasis plantation, simplified into natural botanical forms, and rhythmic patterns. The result is a unique language of simplified stalks and leaves.

For this project, I handled the intensive 3D modeling and details. The complexity was significant; each side of the road was uniquely designed, with no mirrored or repeated geometry. Due to the sloping site, I carefully break down the water feature into multiple sections. This process led to major design adjustments, which convinced my colleagues and seniors.

I persuaded both the client and their marketing team through this visualisation. At the time, I was pushing lumion to the limit to achieve the desired outcome.

Today, the project is already under construction.

MODERN AERIAL PERSPECTIVE VIEW TSUBONIWA2023

SUPREME BOULEVARD | INDIA RESIDENTIAL GARDEN This personal project reimagines the traditional Japanese tsuboniwa courtyard garden through a contemporary lens, seamlessly blending heritage and innovation within a compact space.

The design draws inspiration from timeless elements—dry rock gardens, shima (island compositions), and borrowed landscapes—all distilled into a refined, minimal material palette. Zen-inspired plantings emphasize clarity, form, and hierarchy over abundance, cultivating a tranquil and purposeful atmosphere.

I guided the project from concept, sketches, master plan, and visualisation. This endeavor became a study in precision, composition, and the artful interplay of materials and light. This visual showcased my expertise in hyper-realistic rendering with D5.

‘WISPERING TIDES’ The landscape seamlessly extends the ocean’s presence inland, capturing its rhythm and unique character to create a vivid, immersive experience.

Gentle curves, terraced levels, and winding pathways echo the movement of the waves, guiding residents through a tranquil environment that invites peaceful exploration and continual discovery.

SUNTECH BEACHES RESIDENCES A LUXURY BEACH HOME WATERFRONT PREMIUM DEVELOPMENT | INDIA

I led the 3D modeling and visualisation for the podium landscape package, working closely from early sketches and plans to develop clear, engaging visuals. My renderings helped communicate the design intent and made the project’s vision easy for clients and stakeholders to understand and connect with.

I developed the visual language for the project—shaping mood, lighting, materials, and planting to create realistic and inviting scenes. Working side by side with senior designers, I fine-tuned the spatial layout so each visualisation felt intuitive and aligned with the project’s goals.

Each presentation image was carefully tailored to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders, keeping the project’s story clear and consistent from start to finish.

For the final visualisations, I focused on the site’s reflective qualities, highlighting water features, polished granite, and the reflective forms of the architecture. Framing the scene at sunset allowed me to use dramatic lighting that brought out the richness of these materials in realistic D5 renders. I introduced a soft pink tone throughout the visuals, which gave the layout a cohesive, sophisticated feel.

SUNTECH BEACHES RESIDENCES | INDIA The next phase of the project was meant to be a realistic aerial perspective. After leaving the company, I decided to approach this differently. Instead of a typical photorealistic render, I chose to showcase my illustration skills and give the work a distinct artistic style.

I managed both the 3D modeling and illustration, focusing on accuracy at every step. I carefully built the model with construction in mind, ensuring each detail was precise and ready for use if the project moved forward.

I took inspiration from my earlier renders and used soft pink tone throughout this work. This choice helped tie the visuals together and gave the project a unique, recognizable look.

NEW WORLD YIYANG HIGH - END, MEDIUM - END, LOW END RESIDENTIAL TOWERS WITH COMERCIAL ZONES | CHINA “URBAN CONVERGENCE” “URBAN The innovative diagonal layout enhanced the sense of space, extending visual perspective and creating a series of intimate courtyard gardens. This landscape was an urban oasis with two distinct areas: a busy commercial frontage and a quiet, private residential zone at the back. This view highlighted the heart of the development and brought its main features into clear focus.

The process started with only a single sketch from the lead designer, no mood boards or reference images, just the raw idea and imagination to guide the way.

I developed it into a detailed 3D model and created a visualisation specifically for the Chinese market, ensuring it met high expectations for clarity, quality, and precision.

Despite limited resources, I produced the final visuals in Lumion, achieving a level of quality that not only met but also surpassed expectations and aligned with the project’s ambitious goals.

ASBL LANDMARK A PREMIUM SUSTAINABILITY THEMED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT | INDIA “GEM AT KUKATPALLY” Inspired by the phrase "Gem of a person", ASBL Landmark aims to be the Gem at Kukatpally. A precious gemstone that proudly presents itself with its grandiose, unparalleled multi-functional visual aesthetics. Located in Hyderabad, India. Spans 6.6 acres featuring four high-rise towers and a total of 676 luxury apartments.

For this project, the client wanted an impressive entrance filled with lush greenery. My job was to take that vision and turn it into a strong, unified design.

I led the 3D modeling and visualisation, designing a portal that captured the project’s vision and became a defining ASBL feature. My goal was to create an entryway that felt unique yet fit naturally with the building’s style and proportions.

To reflect the building’s bold presence, I enlarged the portal and included key design details, such as the lattice and its distinctive groove lines. I chose a warm, light-brown color palette to match the architecture and maintain visual consistency. The final images impressed both the client and the marketing team, leading to strong support for advancing the design.

GREEN GARDEN URBAN CITY RESIDENTIAL WITH LUXURY VILLAS | VIETNAM “SYMPHONY OF LAND & RIVER” A picturesque residential development in Lang Son. Characterized by landscaped gardens that harmoniously integrate with the natural surroundings, including a lake and hills. It emphasizes a luxurious, elegant design, promoting a serene, welcoming environment that enhances the user experience.

The design draws inspiration from traditional rice terraces, with layered plantings set against a backdrop of evergreens and pops of seasonal color, creating a landscape that feels both structured and naturally inviting.

Faced with significant site challenges, I carefully reconstructed the client’s 3D model and CAD drawings, resolving any inconsistencies before producing the visualisation. I arranged each layer of planting to add depth, planned the blooming cycles to fit the design vision, and kept the evergreen structure clear throughout.

Recognizing the high standards of the Vietnamese market, I created these visuals as both effective design tools and eye-catching marketing materials, suitable for print, digital use, and largescale presentations.
