I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish. My responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Quantify and mark up construction plans to determine scope and material quantities for tendering and procurement.

- Review, request, and approve subcontractor quotes, ensuring alignment with marked-up scopes of work.

- Handle procurement, tendering, contract negotiation, and defect management.

THE PARALLEL RESIDENCES

Led the co-design and construction supervision of two luxury residential towers, each 40 storeys high, comprising 111 apartments with a wide range of indoor and outdoor amenities.

- Managed the schematic and conceptual design phases, presenting multiple design options to the client through sketches, digital and scale models.

- Prepared and submitted documentation to local authorities to secure construction and sales permits.

- Developed full architectural project documentation, including detailed plans and specifications for budgeting and construction.

- Coordinated MEP and structural design with engineering consultants to ensure technical alignment and integration with architectural plans.

- Acted as the main liaison with clients and participated in all technical and coordination meetings with engineering teams to support decision-making

RIO SAN JOAQUIN, APARTMENTS AND HOTEL

Led the architectural design of a mixed-use development consisting of three 10-storey towers and four basement levels, combining residential apartments and a business-class hotel. The project was located near Mexico City's primary financial district.

Design and development of a 34-storey (17 underground, 17 above ground) mixed-use building, intended to serve as a parking and complementary services facility for the Norman Foster high-rise project “Reforma 432.”
