Drum Circle Thursdays | 2:00pm–3:00pm Since childhood in the Southwest, Ethan has seen how drumming brings communities together, non-verbally and at a safe distance. Choose from a wide assortment of hand drums, or bring your own, to explore rhythms and harmonies while playing in unison. No experience required. Ethan Hay, MA, specializes in finding creative solutions to move people forward through arts, education and events.

Age Friendly Intergenerational Center

Vivalon and Age-Friendly Intergenerational Center have partnered to bring you activities at Vivalon. We hope to see you there. AgeFriendly also provides free virtual classes, including chair yoga, watercolor, stretching and more.
