With more than 20 years of experience as an architect and designer, Dustin Watson, has overseen projects ranging from master-planned communities to high rises and resort destinations. Watson, however, is best known for creating dense, richly detailed, sustainable, mixed-use environments, streetscapes, and neighborhoods with layers of texture, designed to work together to create a true experience and a memorable sense of place. As a result, his work has been recognized with some of the industry’s top awards.
Tackling some of the largest, most prestigious planning and mixed-use retail assignments worldwide, Watson’s work spans the globe to include projects from the Puri Indah Master Plan in Jakarta, Indonesia to the mixed-use development at Washington, D.C.’s National Harbor. As a global expert who is passionate about designing spaces that are both memorable and sustainable, he is a frequent speaker at top industry conferences and a contributing author for numerous trade publications.

With 20 years experience Principal and Director of Design Haris Koentjoro has been involved in the design concept and development of a wide variety of projects in the USA and overseas. Appreciation for the natural environment reinforces Haris’s belief that land is a finite resource and that careful and considerate planned usage is a must. His designs embrace surrounding context and existing infrastructure while retaining flexibility for future growth.
Haris believes that, fundamentally, quality design serves people; architects create built environments that we all share. Connie brings more than 25 years’ experience as an interior designer to her work with inPLACE Design, where she is responsible for space planning, materials specification, development of color palettes, lighting planning and furnishings acquisition. Over the course of her career, she has designed award-winning interiors for senior living communities, libraries, academic buildings, performance arts centers, residence halls, corporate brands and high-end custom vacation homes in the United States and overseas.
She has completed successful, senior living, high-profile commercial, university, residential, senior living and adaptive reuse architectural projects. To each project, she brings the broad perspective of involvement in every aspect of facilities development and operation, from site acquisition, interior architecture, interior design, materials and furnishings specification, and installation through life cycle management and ongoing maintenance.
