About Zachary

For the past thirty-five years Zachary Tunick has honed his skills in the vast arena that encompasses real estate and construction. The son of a Park Avenue attorney and a mother who was part of the great art trend in SoHo he had the unique skill set of being business savvy and extraordinarily creative.

With an entrepreneurial spirit, he began to design and build high end interior renovations, both commercial and residential throughout Manhattan. While building in New York he would escape to the Hampton’s on weekends. He watched the market begin to change out east. In the late 1990's he saw an opportunity to develop real estate out on the eastern end of Long Island. Here, Zachary could take all of the skills he had developed and put them to good use in building luxury homes. He builds and helps design exquisite homes for his customers. In addition to his building companies, he founded and opened Luxury Living International Real Estate and is a full broker currently working with Douglas Elliman. As an avid outdoorsman, falling in love with Long Island was easy. He now splits his time between New York city and East Hampton.

About Nicole

Buying her first home with her husband in Sag Harbor ignited Nicole’s interest in real estate. Over ten years ago she became a licensed real estate agent under her husband’s brokerage company Luxury Living International Real Estate. She honed her skills and became a successful buyer’s agent as well as a real estate developer. Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home is her passion. Her client dedication and love of helping others are what motivate her most. With a design and merchandising background, Nicole has a natural appreciation for interior design and architecture. She often consults and helps her clients stage their homes for sale. Recently she and her husband Zachary joined forces with Douglas Elliman in Bridgehampton. Raised on Long Island, Nicole and her husband reside between New York City and the Hamptons.
