Spivey The minutes of the meeting of December 5 were read and upon motion of Mr. Dorsey, seconded by Mr. McEldowney, were approved as read. On the question referred to the Attorney, of whether or not the Board could recover from the Century Petroleum Corporation the difference between theamount paid the Board as royalty interest in the oil produced from the Wheeler well and the market value as shownby the posted price of such oil, the Attorney advised that in his opinion the Receiver for the company was liable and that the Board’s remedy lay either in a petition to the court appointing the receiver for an order directing the receiver to pay over to the Board the difference between the amount paid and the amount he should have paid, or by bringing suit for the recovery of such sum after obtaining the permission of the Court appointing the receiver to commence such action. It was moved by Mr. Miller and seconded by Mr. McEldowney that the Board direct the Attorney to bring action to recover the amount due the Board in whichever method of procedure he considered the better. Motion carried.
Report of Attorney on Price Paid for Oil by Century Pet. Corp.
Claim was.presented by Holmboe Construction Company in the amount of $192.90, for work done in reinforcing concrete floors at Webster Junior High School. It was moved by Mr. Dorsey and seconded by Mrs.Poole that the claim be disallowed. Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously.

Upon motion of Mr. McEldowney, seconded by Mr. Spivey, the Athletic Association of A. & M. College was given permission to use Central High School gymnasium for a basket ball game With Oklahoma University, at the customary charge of $25.00 a game.
