Richard C. Hedger, Spencer Methodist Church; A. P. Murrah, Chief Judge, U. S. Court of Appeals; Mrs. Foster Estes; Dr. Virgil T. Hill, School Board Member-Elect, and Mrs. Hill; many invitedr guests; Jim Reid, The Daily Oklahoman; Babs Fenwick, The Oklahoma Journal; Peggy O'Rear, Oklahoma City Times; and other news media representatives.
Reverend Hedger gave the invocation which was followed by roll call.

On motion of Mrs. Welch, seconded by Mr. Lott, the minutes of the meeting of December 6, 1965, were approved as presented.

Mr. Johnson, Attorney, stated he had nothing specific to report at this time.
Attorney's Report
Mr. Prigmore, Auditor, reported that all bills listed in this agenda have been checked and are in proper order for action by the Board.
Auditor's Report
Motion was made by Mrs. Welch and seconded by Mr. Bridges to approve the above reports as presented. The motion carried unanimously on roll call.
