Thomas of the Oklahoman and Times; Henry . Burchfiel ■ of the Oklahoma City Times; Jim Reid of Oklahoma Publishing Company; E. M. Rev. A. D. Gregory, Mimster South Lee Methodist Church, gave the invocation. On motion of Mrs. Welch, seconded by Mr. Lott, the minutes of the meeting of December KR. #1 § 1961, were approved as read. j Minutes j Approved

Mr. Green, Treasurer, presented his report for the month of December and turned a copy to the Clerk to be filed. Mr. Lybrand, Attorney, reported on legal matters.

The Auditor, Mr. Prigmore, reported all ■ bills as listed in the agenda have been checked by the Auditing D^j^;^:rtment and are ready for action of the Board.

On motion of Mr. ■ Lott, seconded by Mr. Thompson, the foregoing reports were approved as presented.

SUPERINTENDENT'S REPORT

On motion of Mr. Thompson, seconded by Mrs. Welch, the following Resolution of Appreciation was passed: Resolution of Appreciation for Mrs. Helen Fern Wallis, teacher at Lafayette School, deceased December 7, 1961. (Copy of Resolution in Clerk's file. )
