'Pursuant to the instructions of the Court, an opportunity has been each of the one hundred resident tax-payers signing the petition calling for a grand jury, to bring before us all evidence in their possession which would lead. them to think that the laws of the commonwealth had been violated and which prompted them to sign such petition. It appears from such evidence heard that these petitioners had. in mind, in presenting this petition to the Court, only a desire for a thorough investigation of the acts and transactions of the Oklahoma City School Board, both individually and as a public body, including the three members of that board who have recently resigned.
