About the poster session & industry pitches

The poster boards will be located in the Old Library, the Morning Room and the Drawing Room. All posters will be allocated a poster board number upon delegate registration. Posters can be set up from Sunday evening.

The technical and collaboration poster sessions will take place during dinner time from 18.00 to 21.00 on Monday and Tuesday, 23rd and 24th of May 2022, respectively.

Presenters are asked to only use their allocated poster board. They will be allocated a presentation time slot (either 19.00 – 19.30 or 19.30 – 20.00) on Monday or Tuesday during which they are kindly asked to stay next to their poster to provide an opportunity to be approached by other conference participants.

A poster presentation timetable and location plan is included as a separate sheet in the delegate Welcome Pack provided at the registration desk.

Please note: We strongly advice not to bring a poster if you did not submit an abstract due to the limited amount of poster boards available.

Industry pitches | Wednesday 25 May 2022 | 17:15 – 18.30, Wotton Suites

Industry representatives will give 5 minutes pitches on Wednesday 17.15 – 18.30, followed by buffet dinner from 18.30 until 21.00.

The presenting industry representatives will be allocated a poster board and are kindly asked to convene in front of these in the Old Library from 19.15 – 20.00 to enable a dedicated Meet & Greet with the other conference attendees.

Poster collection

All posters must be removed by 21.00 on Wednesday evening. The boards will be collected by the provider from 22.00.

Please note, posters that have not been removed by the time the boards are being collected will likely be disposed of.
