U asortimanu je više od 500 proizvoda različitih kombinacija forme, veličine, materijala i boja. Kada se ovim parametrima pridruži spektar dekora, asortiman dostiže između 1500 i 2000 različitih proizvoda. Svi procesi su zaokruženi pod jednim krovom - mehanička obrada, emajliranje, izrada bakelitnih elemenata i dekora, dizajn proizvoda i ambalaže, kao i transport. Zdravstvena ispravnost posuđa Metalac overena je od strane akreditovanih laboratorija i proizvođač je nosilac sertifikata ISO 9001 i ISO 14001.

Strategically oriented to constant development, today we are a unique factory which produces enamel, stainless steel and nonstick cookware. There are more than 500 different items in the product portfolio in various combinations of shape, size, material and colours. When the wide spectar of decorations is added the range reaches 1500 to 2000 different items. All process segments are under one roof - mechanical processing, enamelling, production of bakelite elements and decor transfers, product designing, packing materials and transportation of goods as well. Health conformity of Metalac cookware is certified by accredited laboratories and the producer has integrated the Quality Management System and Environment Management System confirmed by TUV certificates ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

EMAJLIRANO POSUĐE

Emajlirano posuđe je pogodno za sve načine pripremanja hrane i životne navike. Najnovija istraživanja su potvrdila njegovu apsolutnu higijensku besprekornost, neprikosnovenu sa zdravstvenog aspekta.

U programu emajliranog posuđa Metalac mogu se u najširem smislu izdvojiti forme proizvoda:

Pored stakla, emajl je najbolji i najprikladniji materijal za posuđe. Emajlna prevlaka ima glatku stabilnu površinu neporoznog topljenog stakla, koja sprečava da se bakterije na njoj zadržavaju i omogućuje lako čišćenje i održavanje posude. Boje i dekoracije su otporne na habanje. Ako je čišćenje redovno i korektno, emajlirano posuđe dugo zadržava sjaj i boju.

KLASIKA - proizašla iz tradicionalnih navika u pripremanju hrane. Proizvodi se od čeličnih limova manje debljine i svi elementi posude su izrađeni od istog materijala.

Emajlirano posuđe Metalac proizvodi se sa različitim kombinacijama poklopaca i montažnih elemenata. Poklopci mogu biti emajlirani, stakleni ili od nerđajućeg čelika, a ručice i držači poklopca mogu biti ne samo u klasičnoj, već i u inox ili bakelitnoj varijanti. Metalac posuđe ima sopstvenu proizvodnju bakelitnih elemenata.

STANDARD, ELEGANT, PRINC, KONIX, EMINA, ELENA, NOVUM, IMPERIAL, METLINE LIGHT I MAŽESTIK su različite forme iste grupe proizvoda kod kojih se emajlirano telo posude kombinuje sa inox rubom i različitim varijacijama montažnih elemenata od inoxa, stakla i bakelita. Proizvodi se od čeličnih limova srednje i veće debljine, odnosno u običnoj i lux verziji. MASIV I MAXIMUS spada u kategoriju teškog emajliranog posuđa najveće debljine čeličnog lima, izuzetnih karakteristika za pripremanje zimnice i hrane koja traži dugo krčkanje na niskim temperaturama.

ENAMEL COOKWARE

Enamel cookware is good for all ways of food preparation. Latest researches confirm that it is absolutely impeccable when we speak of health. Beside glass, enamel is the best and the most suitable material for cookware. Enamel coating has smooth stable surface of unporous melted glass, preventing bacteria to accumulate and it is very easy to clean. Colours and decorations are wear-resistant. With regular and correct cleaning enamel cookware keeps shine and color for a long time. METALAC enamel cookware is produced in different combinations of lids and fittings. Lids can enamel, glass or stainless steel while handles and knobs beside classic version, can be made of stainless steel or bakelite METALAC POSUDJE has in-house production of bakelite elements.

METALAC enamel cookware range generally consists of three product groups: CLASSIC cookware lines of traditional shapes for traditional cooking habits - all elements of this cookware type are made of same material, lower thickness steel sheet. STANDARD, ELEGANT, PRINC, KONIX, EMINA, ELENA, NOVUM, IMPERIAL, METLINE LIGHT AND MAŽESTIK represent different shapes of same product group where enamel cookware body is combined with stainless steel rim and variety of fittings made of stainless steel, glass and bakelite. These cookware lines are made of medium and thicker steel sheets as regular and lux versions. MASIV AND MAXIMUS line is in the category of heavy enamel cookware made of very thick steel sheet with heavy duty performances, used for preparation of preserves and for longer cooking.

Osim za serviranje ovo posuđe je zadržalo sve funkcionalnosti za pripremanje hrane, kao i njeno čuvanje. Emajlirano posuđe se vekovima održalo, ne samo zbog svoje estetike, kvaliteta i funkcionalnosti, već i zbog osobina koje ga izdvajaju, a to je je njegova zdravstvena neprikosnovenost za kontakt sa hranom. STANDARD je linija emajliranog posuđa izrađena od čeličnog lima, cilindričnog oblika i dimenzija i rubom od inoxa. Pruža neograničene mogućnosti kombinovanja boja, dekora, ručica kao i poklopaca. Proizvodi se od čeličnih limova srednje i veće debljine, odnosno u običnoj i lux verziji.

STANDARD enamel cookware collection is made from steel sheet, in cylindrical (straight) shapes and sizes with stainless steel rim. Unlimited variations of colors, decors, handles and lids are possible. It is offered in regular or luxury version depending on steel thickness.

Aluminijum kao dobar provodnik u kombinaciji sa nonstick materijalom koji sprečava lepljenje i zagorevanje, omogućuje brzu, jednostavnu i ekonomičnu pripremu hrane. Ručice posuđa su ergonomski oblikovane što omogućava bezbedno i čvrsto držanje posude. Izolaciona svojstva materijala garantuju rukovanje bez opasnosti od opekotina.

Metalac posuđe ima dvadesetogodišnju tradiciju u proizvodnji non-stick posuđa. Non-stick posuđe proizvodimo na emajliranom čeličnom limu i aluminijumu, a najvažnija karakteristika ovog posuđa su neprijanjajući unutrašnji premazi. Non-stick cookware is convenient for all ways of food preparation, especially frying and roasting. Produced in compliance with the world health standards and requirements for contact with food. Alumium as good conductor combined with non-stick coating as material that prevents sticking and burning provides fast, easy and economic food preparation. The handles are ergonomic, made of insulating materials, and guarantee handling without danger of burning oneself.

Metalac Cookware has a twenty year long tradition in production of non-stick cookware. We produce non-stick cookware on enameled steel sheets and aluminum sheets, and the most important feature of this cookware are the non-stick coatings. Non-stick cookware is intended for fast, easy and fun cooking, with minimum use of grease and no sticking or burning of food. Both quality of base material and non-stick coating are important for quality and health safety of non-stick cookware. Metalac Cookware offers two kinds of non-stick coatings: organic coating on PTFE base applied in one, two or three layers over prepared surface and organic-non-organic ceramic coating. Linija MAGMA izrađena je od aluminijuma debljine 2.7 mm, radi se od rondela na koje su prethodno nanešeni premazi. To ovom posuđu daje izuzetnu atraktivnost uz mogućnost većeg izbora boja.

The collection is produced in 2.7 mm aluminum and it is made of a pan on which the coating has been previously applied. Such process allows greater choice of colours making cookware rather attractive.
