In a rapidly evolving automotive industry, this event is designed to support your growth through exploring the latest tools, technology and training techniques.
Over two days, you’ll be able to get hands-on with new equipment, see live demonstrations, and connect with like-minded professionals, as well as share ideas and learn new skills through hands on, engaging and practical experiences.
Following on from the success of the event in 2024, UK Garage & Bodyshop Event 2026 offers a leading interactive experience for those working in the repair and bodyshop sectors.
The Modern Garage, in collaboration with LKQ Euro Car Parts, is a drop-in clinic offering expert, practical advice and guidance on workshop solutions, diagnostics, bodyshop plastic repair, and LKQ Electric. This hive of activity will demonstrate how the most impactful trends and technologies can be effectively incorporated into a modern workshop.
For bodyshops, Paint & Spray Live features a fully operational and ventilated spray booth at the show where the latest products and techniques can be put to the test in a live demo environment.
New features at the event this year include a Classic Car Showcase, ‘Mini Boys
First Car’ - the 12-year-old restoring a mini with his dad and ‘Ramp Up’ bringing live demonstrations and expert insights to life like never before, along with the return of the Automechanika Birmingham Garage Awards, popular Hot Wings panel discussion and ‘Thirty under 30’, which recognises rising stars in the automotive industry.
Prizes from our headline partners will be up for grabs with a new football competition on the show floor, plus high-energy, live podcast sessions in association with Garage Talk Online will be offering real-world advice on how businesses can sharpen their brand image.

GETTING TO THE NEC:
By Train: Getting to us by train is brilliantly easy as the NEC is located a five-minute walk away from Birmingham International Railway Station. If you’re coming from further afield, change at Birmingham New Street, just 15 minutes away.
By Car: Easily accessible via the M42, M40 and M6. Use B40 1NT in your sat nav, then follow signs for UK Garage & Bodyshop Event.
By Bus & Coach: Over 120 National Express and Megabus coach services run daily across the UK to Birmingham Airport. Take the free air-rail link (runs every two minutes, 90-second journey) to Birmingham International Station and the NEC.
Taxi: You can book over the phone by calling 0121 427 8888 or 0800 0142 729, online or via their handy app. Alternatively, pick one up at the clearly marked ranks outside our main entrances. For added convenience TOA Taxis accept all major credit cards, subject to a charge of 10%+VAT.
By Plane: From Birmingham Airport, take the free air-rail link to the NEC in 90 seconds.
Accommodation: Save up to 30% on your hotel by booking with EventBeds by NuBreed Hotels, our official accommodation partner.
Parking: The best way to park is to book online in advance to save £5 on the standard day rate. If you haven’t pre-booked, you can still pay on the day using any pay-on-foot machine at the venue or via the on-the-day online portal.

The Garage & Bodyshop Cup Shootout
A World Cup–themed activation where visitors kick a ball into a goal with circular targets. Each hole represents a different exhibitor, and landing the ball wins a prize. Prizes will be provided by the UK Garage & Bodyshop Event headline partners and will be announced soon - keep an eye out.
