Our decalogue of Good Deeds
Good Deed Aesthetics, or aesthetic medicine based on good deeds, is a movement that we at Merz Aesthetics Iberia proudly embrace. We believe in the transformative power of good deeds, both personally and collectively, and therefore promote responsible aesthetic medicine, based on science, rigour and the values that guide our decisions.
This commitment is embodied in our Merz Aesthetics Iberia Decalogue, where we set out the fundamental principles that govern our daily work.

We innaugurated our new offices!
A space to grow and create. This year we inaugurated our new offices, a place that symbolises our vision for the future.
Designed to inspire, collaborate and brind the most innovative ideas to life, every detail of this space has been designed to encourage creativity and teamwork. An environment that reflects our essence as a company and our commitment to excellence.
MAX Studio: the epicenter of medical training
Another of the year's major milestones was the opening of the MAX Studio, our new space, dedicated to continuing medical education. From its opening until the end of the year, we brought together more than 400 physicians, collaborators and opinion leaders in an environment designed to share knowledge, explore new ideas and advance medical practice in the sector.
Digitalisation as a key pillar
In addition, we celebrated the launch of the EMEA Digital Innovation Hub, a crucial step towards digitalisation, which was hosted at our offices in Madrid.
This event was attended by teams from EMEA and other regions such as LATAM, NA and APAC, strengthening international ties and reaffirming our global vision of innovation.

Merz Aesthetics Expert Summit 2024
In April, Seville became the epicentre of innovation with the Merz Aesthetics Expert Summit 2024, the most important event for Merz Aesthetics Iberia.
Over two intense days, we explored the latest trends and developments that are transforming aesthetic medicine, together with doctors and their clinical teams. We focused on three key pillars: longevity, technology and sustainability, which are fundamental to the future of the sector.

We carried our first corporate volunteering with Reforesta, dedicating a productive morning to the protectoin, census and maintenance of trees, contributing to the care of our environment.
Forbes Healthcare Summit
Innovation and the future of Spanish healthcare.
A conference that brought together an outstanding panel of speakers to discuss innovation, accessibility and quality in the future of Spanish healthcare. At this event, we shared our vision of how innovation in aesthetic medicine contributes to a comprehensive improvement in health, opening up new possibilities for the wellbeing of patients.

A global innovation meeting. An event where startups, corporations and investors connect, with a focus on creating business opportunities and driving innovative solutions for the future.

We received the Vision for the Future award, an accolade that highlights our commitment to being at the forefront of aesthetic medicine, adapting to change without losing our values. New Injectors
Training for professionals in the sector. Committed to medical excellence and training, we continue to offer training programmes designed especially for doctors starting their journey in aesthetic medicine. Our main goal is to provide them with a solid foundation, helping them to acquire the confidence and practical skills to start their journey successfully and confidently in the industry.
Innovation Summit
At the 1st Innovation Summit by Merz Aesthetics, we celebrated creativity and innovation in aesthetic medicine. Marta Calderón, Director of Innovation, Sustainability and Corporate Brand, presented the Annual Innovation Report, to give way to the competition of disruptive ideas in the field of aesthetic medicine, challenging the Faculty team to propose innovative solutions.
Dr. Ramón Fernández won the Innovation Challenge, after the deliberation of a ury composed of
Dr. Jaime Tufet, Medical Specialist in Aesthetic Medicine; Guillermo Madrazo, Marketing Director at Merz Aesthetics Iberia; and Lucía Ruiz Montiel, Innovation Leader & Speaker.
We also had a talk by Dr. Rosa Molina, a specialist in psychiatry, who adressed the emotional component of aesthetic medicine in her talk Beyond the mirror
