MASTER OF ARTS IN SPIRITUAL DIRECTION MASTER OF ARTS IN SPIRITUALITY Among believers and spiritual seekers from many religious traditions, there is a growing awareness of the importance of spirituality. To respond to this growing awareness, there is need for qualified, compassionate spiritual experts who can accompany and help others explore their faith. Merrimack’s graduate programs in spirituality prepare you for a life of spiritual exploration, engagement, and service. You will acquire the theological knowledge and ministerial experience you need to enrich your own faith and to support others in their spiritual journey.

TAILORED FOR YOU Designed to fit your schedule and meet your needs, our Spirituality programs offer evening classes as well as four tracks based on your professional goals and interests: • Master of Arts in Spirituality (32 credit hours) • Master of Arts in Spiritual Direction (32 credit hours) • Certificate in Spiritual Direction (20 credit hours) • Certificate in Interfaith Spirituality (16 credit hours) You must choose one of the master’s tracks or certificate programs by the time you have completed two of the core courses and/or the year-long seminar or practicum. Applicants for full and part-time study are eligible for the Dean Scholarship, which is awarded based on merit and need. This generous scholarship, in addition to our already low tuition, can help you save significantly on tuition costs. *2021–2022 tuition. Rates subject to change.
