THE VISION
The approach to the public realm shall focus on ensuring a clear connection between the masterplan urban fabric and the new proposed language of the district. It will also Future-proof the destination and make it a go-to place for all community residents and surroundings.
The approach is explored through suggestive materials, volume composition, and interconnection between Retail/F&B outdoor spaces, urban landscape, and pedestrian walkways.
Drawing inspiration from the natural interplay of sand dunes and water, the masterplan design for the North Coast emulates this dynamic landscape to create a series of interconnected oases. These design elements reflect the fluid, organic forms of the dunes, seamlessly integrating built environments with lush, green islands amidst serene water bodies.

MAKE A UNIQUE STATEMENT BY INDUCING A PERCEIVED IMAGE AND EMOTIONAL VALUE TO SUPPORT THE COMMERCIAL SIDE. THE
FLICTING ASPECT OF THE PRACTICALITY AND THE EMOTIONAL BECOMES THE DESIGN DRIVER FOR THIS PROJECT. THE GOAL THEN IS TO SOFTEN THE COLD, SOLID BOXY NATURE OF THE CONDOMINIUM BUILDING BY INTRODUCING ANOTHER LAYER OF BUILDING FAÇADE THAT ACTS LIKE CLOTHING TO THE BUILDING. FINE ‘PETAL’ FAÇADE ELEMENTS ENVELOP & CREATE A SUBTLE LAYER OF VISUAL HIERARCHY LIKE FLORAL ARRANGEMENT. THE THIN HARD STEEL TRELLIS BECOMES SOFT AND DELICATE ELEMENTS WHEN LOOKING FROM DISTANCE. THE ANGLED PLACEMENT ENHANCES THE DEPTH AND CREATE SUBTLE SHADE & SHADOWS.
