What We Provide Full Scope Project Completion
Our dedicated design staff will guide you through the process from start to finish. Meridien provides room scene modeling with your preferred furniture and fabric draping, so you will be able to envision your perfect customized rooms. Space planning is also a major part of our process - making sure everything in your Compound or Apartment is placed perfectly for the best functionality.
How Our Process Begins 01 The first thing we do is set up an initial phone consultation with the client. During this consultation, we like to dig deeper into the end goal of the space – aesthetics, functionality and overall look and needs. Floor plans are also reviewed to establish what areas are to be furnished, as well as any required needs with the spaces.
02 A concept design proposal is then created, where selections from our designers are made. Once furniture selections are approved, we determine fabric and finishes to achieve the desired style of the space. Our team then creates custom room scenes, placing all selections from the project to provide a realistic representation of the completed design. This process includes accessories, lighting, rugs, etc.
03 After the client receives the completed proposal, any revisions necessary will then be updated. Once the proposal is finalized - pricing, ordering, and production times are provided to the client. Orders with our partner factories are then placed, and shipment of the product is organized.

Once specifications are received, we make any recommendations of changes or issues that we have come across.
02 Layout Process
Pieces are selected and placed in room settings, matching the specified layout. Our team uses full detailed space planning to ensure the best functionality of each space.
03 Custom Design
Using design concepts and inspirational images, we bring your desired style and feel to life.
Initial fabrics and finish selections are selected and sent for approval. Any changes to fabrics and finishes are applied and sent back for approval.
04 Fabric & Finish Approval
05 Value Engineering Work with partner factories to provide the best pricing, while also keeping high standard development of products. Meridien makes sure that each product meets the necessary functions, while achieving the lowest cost.
06 Product & Quality Assurance
Once selections are made, we move to the manufacturing stage with our partner factories. Meridien is fully involved with assuring that the quality of the products are met at the highest standards.
07 Shipping & Documentation Once production is done, we utilize our connections with our partner factories to secure the quickest delivery time possible. All documentation is handled by Meridien.

Pieces will be placed in rooms that resemble the actual setting, following the finalized floor and space plans.
