Personalising our stock packaging couldn’t be easier. You can add a logo, text or a single colour image to most of our stock packaging range using the hot foil blocking technique. Foil blocking is a simple transferring process which is a cost-effective way to create stylish branded packaging.

Send us your logo or design in a minimum of 300dpi resolution, as a PDF, EPS or AI file.

We proof your artwork free of charge and work together to get a finalised design.

Once approved by you we will purchase your die and your order will be processed.

Your die is held in stock for repeat orders, simply pay only your unit price in the future.

Working out the price is easy. Simply add the price in the table to the right to the additional cost of the item you wish to personalise to give you the complete unit price total (single colour foil). There are no hidden extras, just a oneoff tooling charge for the foil blocking die. Pricing for dies begin at £35.00 per 100 cm² (e.g. 10 x 10cm / 20 x 5cm).

Although more than 70% of our lines are recyclable, we offer plasticfree alternatives, including our card slotted grid dividers and eco buffer advent inserts. We are consciously segregating our waste to manage correct disposal and recyclability.

Furthermore, all current and future complete product guides will only be available to view digitally. This allows us to update our products and prices without affecting the environment.

eco kraft buffer base comes partnered with an internal rPET lid and clear vac-forme tray. The buffer box has been designed with sustainability in mind whilst maintaining a high quality finish. Eco Kraft board is made from sustainable sources, allowing it to be recyclable and is biodegradable. The vac-forme tray and the clear lid contain a minimum of 50% recycled post-consumer waste material and are widely recycled. This product allows you to source responsibly without compromising on premium packaging!

Most orders will be processed and despatched on the same working day, if the order is received before 12pm. However if the item requires production, a lead time of 2-3 weeks may be the case.

Is there a minimum stock order?

Here at Meridian we do not have a minimum order process, we will happily take orders large or small.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?

If your items are out of stock and you are unable to order online you can call the office to check on stock line availability. They will be able to offer an alternative colour or design and advise on lead times. We are currently unable to take orders for out of stock items but are hoping to replenish our shelves soon.

Are all stock items assembled?

Most stock items are sent flat packed unless stated otherwise in the product description. All stock items are designed to be constructed with ease. If you are experiencing any issues with assembling your product, we have a range of ‘how to’ video tutorials which are easy to follow on our socials and YouTube page.

Can I collect my order?

Yes you can! Customers can come and collect an order directly from our office if they wish to save the carriage costs. Please ask your sales contact to arrange a collection of an order. On our ‘Contact Us’ page you will find a link to Google Maps which shows how to find us.

I haven’t received my order yet. What do I do?

I’ve received an incorrect item. What do I do?

Please get in touch with our sales team directly as soon as possible. Our team will be able to advise how to return your order and organise for your correct items to be redelivered.

I want to cancel my order. What do I do?

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid incurring delivery and/or return charge. If your order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to retrieve your order from our courier.

How do I change my password?

You can reset your password when logging in. If this reset is not working when you enter your username, you can call the office who will be able to prompt your account for a password reset.

Do you only produce food packaging?

Although food and confectionery packaging is Meridian’s speciality, we produce a diverse spectrum of generic packaging too - including retail display, beauty and homeware. As a manufacturer, we produce on site, which allows versatility in any area of packaging - we apply the same standards to all elements of production to ensure competitive short-to-medium runs or difficult jobs.

For copies of our terms and conditions, covering trade & consumer purchases, please see our website. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from Meridian Speciality Packaging Limited. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Payment Terms:

Proforma invoices (upfront payment) required for first orders. Future orders are strictly 30 days subject to satisfactory credit rating, otherwise, a Proforma invoice will continue to apply. Telephone payment available for most UK credit and debit cards.

Prices:

We reserve the right to increase our product prices at any time due to unstable prices in raw materials, or for other reasons at our discretion; however, where possible we will advise you of any such increases before despatching your order.

All final payments will be conducted in GBP. GBP prices remain in force until we publish new prices. Delivery charges may apply and are informed of during the ordering process.

Delivery:

Most orders will be despatched on the same working day if the order is received before 12pm and the products are in stock. If the order requires producing, a lead time may be the case (all goods on the order being despatched together). All orders require a signature when delivered.

Carriage:

Free carriage will apply to all stock orders exceeding £150.00 + VAT, unless other specific delivery requirements are requested or delivery is to non-UK mainland or Scottish Highlands (check website for postcode restrictions).

For all orders under £150.00, carriage will be charged at £9.95 + VAT per delivery (Please note these charges apply to England, Wales and Scottish borders only. Other areas will be charged accordingly).

Non-UK carriage charges are based on a pack and weight system and cannot be precisely calculated until the order has been weighed and is ready for despatch.

If specific delivery options are required, separate charges may apply for all orders. Prices quoted are a guideline only and are subject to increase at any time without prior notice.

Right of Cancellation:

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid incurring delivery and/or return charge. If your order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to retrieve your order from our courier.

Credit Accounts:

If you wish to open an account with ourselves please provide the following details:

• Full names of partners/proprietors with the trading name,

• Full address and land line telephone number,

• Bank account details,

• VAT registration number,

• Company registration number.

500 units* or £500 of goods (before VAT) 5% discount

1000 units* or £1000 of goods (before VAT) 10% discount

VAT:

All prices quoted in our product guide & stock website are exclusive of VAT and therefore will be charged at the current rate.

All the information provided in this product guide relating to weights, sizes, colours etc. is approximate and should be used as a guideline only.

Returns:

If you wish to return ordered goods, these must be reported and returned within 28 days to qualify for a refund or exchange, provided that the goods are returned carefully packaged in their original condition suitable for re-sale. The cost of postage to return the goods is your responsibility.

A restocking charge of £8.50 + VAT will apply.

In the event that damages have occurred, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
