INTRODUCTION New for 2021, we are allowing you to create your advent combination across our Classic 24 Day advent range. Select from ten outer designs and choose between three internal component options. You need to purchase both components to complete your advent calendar. Simply follow the instruction guide to understand which combination will suit your products and budget best. An alternative to store-bought, our self-fill empty advent calendars are fun and festive. Easy to assemble, you can fill with truffles, chocolates or wax melts. If you are looking to personalise your advent calendars, we can add your logo onto our designs from as little as 100 units. C H O O S E YO U R D E S I G N Our Classic 24 Day Advent Calendar collection includes 10 outer box designs to choose from. We have added 3 new designs for 2021 to offer the most diverse range of premium self-fill advent calendars on the market.
CHOOSE INNER CONSTRUCTION We have introduced three options of internal insert in a variety of price points and materials. We now offer a fully recyclable cardboard option as well as the much-loved “Light” and “Deluxe” options that we have always supplied. All are suitable for wax melts, chocolates & small gift products. Always remember to check the dimensions before you purchase.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS Looking to send your advents in the post? Our perfectly designed postal outers will ensure your parcel is sent safely through the post. We also offer a platform to combine with our “Deluxe” box inner that lifts smaller products closer to the windows - best for smaller products.

All are suitable for chocolates, wax melts and small gifts. The options are sold as a set and you will receive all the components you need to get your advent packed.

C L E A R B U F F E R VA C - F O R M E T R AY This thick-walled plastic tray is the lowest cost option and is the easiest to pack. Simply slide into the advent outer box after filling. Made from recycled PET, the tray is Category 1 recyclable via most local authorities. 1

B U F F E R W I T H C L E A R VA C - F O R M E T R AY Formed of a cardboard base and clear plastic vacforme tray, the Deluxe option is our most rigid option for creating a premium strength advent calendar. C ARDBOARD BUFFER DIVIDER New for 2021, our Eco option is a complete cardboard set that is fully recyclable and biodegradable. Although there may be more assembly involved, the cavity sizes are slightly larger than the other options so are ideal for slightly bigger products. Buffer supplied pre-assembled. Whilst these are not essential add ons, they have been designed to help you safely prepare your advents for the post or if you still want to use our packaging but have smaller products.

The plinth is designed to sit inside the buffer base and raise the height of the vac-forme tray 7mm, allowing smaller products to be lifted closer to the window opening. Made of cardboard, the plinth is easy to fold and place underneath your filled tray.

Mail order has become a vital sales channel for many customers. If you are looking to post individual advent calendars, we offer the perfect sized corrugated mailing outer to protect your advent when in transit. Please note that the postal outer is classified as a Royal Mail Small parcel.

Foil blocking (or hot foil stamping) is the process of applying metallic foil to card or PVC. A heated die is then stamped onto the foil to create the design. Starting from 100 units, foil blocking is a cost-effective way of producing custom packaging. Choose from a variety of colours - we aim to match as closely to your specifications as possible.
