Booking Your Event

18-hole golf events receive Professional Services from our staff and may be scheduled more than seven days in advance.

To secure your preferred date and time, a $250.00-$500.00 deposit and contract are required. The deposit will be credited to your account at the time of the event.

A Tournament Contract specifying all the policies and timing (deposits, confirmation of numbers, no shows, dress guidelines, pace of play, sponsor signs, spectator or volunteer carts, etc.) relating to your event will be provided.

Packages starting as low as $45.00 per golfer and include range balls, golf cart, green fee, cart sign and scoreboard

Shotgun Tournaments 

A minimum number of 40 players are required for a shotgun start.



Shotgun starts must be within one hour of course opening if less than 72 players.



Customized food and beverage packages available.



Partial shotguns are available on a limited basis.



Host to over 100+ corporate and private events.





Full banquet facility with a capacity of 140.

For tournaments with less than 40 players, the format will be based on tee times.



Catering Services Our staff will assist you in customizing a menu for your event.  Final menu selections are required seven (7) days before your event.  A guaranteed number of people for your event is due by noon three (3) business days prior to your event.  The price shown includes tax (5.13%) and 18% gratuity.  All food and beverages on Antler Creek Property must be purchased from the CreekView Grill.  No outside food or beverages are allowed on the property – This rule is strictly enforced!  All tournaments will have beverage cart/carts attendants provided- with snacks and beverages available for purchase.
