It can be frustrating to have questions that you don’t know who to ask, but it is important to get your information from the right people! You wouldn’t want to ask McDonald’s when Burger King is open or if they have a dessert on their menu. While there is a possibility that an employee there may visit Burger King and may be able to guess and get answers right, they don’t “specialize” in Burger King!

It is the same regarding your HOA and all the entities that make living here great!

¼ c. olive oil 3 tbsp. soy sauce

2 tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed) 2 tbsp. dry white wine (or water) 2 lb. salmon fillets Lemon wedges 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees with the rack in the center. Make the glaze: In a small bowl, stir brown sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and white wine until the sugar has dissolved.

2. Cut salmon into 4 equal-size pieces; arrange, skin side down, in a single layer in a baking dish. Pour glaze over the salmon, and turn to coat evenly.

3. Bake until the salmon is opaque but still bright pink inside, basting every few minutes with glaze from baking dish, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
