ADVERTORIAL NOTICE

For all in-house built advertisement, advertiser will recieve an ad proof via email to approve prior to printing process. Late approval increases the chance of printing errors. Please make every effort to deliver materials on time and to our specifications as well as approve the proof.

Ads produced as advertorials must conform to document design standards, including but not limited to, such as line weight, typeface, layout design and other aesthetic standards required to create a seamless document layout.

All content submitted to our printer must adhere to CMYK color standards. This may cause slight differences in color when comparing print ads to viewing from a monitor.

Meridian Marketing will not assume any responsibility for advertiser supplied content or materials that violate copyright law and reserves the right to deny printing for any reason.

TWO PAGE SPREADS

Double page spreads are offered on a limited basis due to size constraints.

Advertiser supplied materials must be approved by the editorial board in order to maintain publication integrity. We ask that all images submitted for double page spread exceed 17 x 11” size at 100% resolution in order to create a beautiful ad. Focal point of background images must lie left or right of the centerline in order to accomodate for the document fold.

PDF/X-1A is the only accepted format for advertiser submitted ads. All fonts and high resolution images must be embedded. 300 dpi and 100% in size to ensure print integrity.
