Meredith Ruble

Meredith Ruble is a Managing Director at Maximus Partners with more than 25 years of experience in financial management, investment banking, strategic leadership, and business operations. She has worked with venture-backed startups, private equity-supported education businesses, and companies preparing for growth. Over her career, she has helped raise more than $150 million in debt and equity through eleven capital rounds and has supported many merger and acquisition transactions. Meredith has built her career around careful financial planning, clear reporting, and practical leadership. She works with leadership teams, investors, and staff members to help businesses improve operations and manage change. Her experience includes financial integration, performance analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement. She has also helped companies use data to understand performance better and make stronger operating decisions. Meredith currently serves at Maximus Partners, where she works with private equity investors and executive teams to improve the financial operations of growth-focused organizations. She brings experience from both investment banking and chief financial officer roles. Her work has focused on education, services, technology, and investment banking, which are the same areas where she has helped companies build stronger systems and scale over time. Meredith started her professional career in 1993 at CMS Companies in Philadelphia, where she served as an Analyst and later as a Senior Analyst. In 2000, she joined Stifel Financial Corporation and advanced through several roles within the Education Group. Her positions included Associate, Vice President, Principal, and Managing Director. Her work focused on investment banking transactions for education operating companies and education technology service businesses.
