De animales a dioses: Una breve historia de la humanidad”, el profesor Harari examina la historia de la humanidad desde la evolución de las especies humanas en la Edad de Piedra hasta el siglo XXI. Este ensayo, que se ha convertido en un Best Seller a nivel mundial, es tan atractivo y controversial que hasta será llevado al cine de la mano del director Ridley Scott (Gladiador).

El libro nos conduce por un recorrido vertiginoso a través de toda la historia del ser humano, desde nuestras raíces evolutivas hasta la era del capitalismo y la ingeniería genética, para revelar por qué somos como somos.

Sapiens redefine la historia de nuestra especie desde una perspectiva completamente nueva. Explica que el dinero es el sistema más pluralista de confianza mutua nunca antes ideado ya que es la única cosa en la que todo el mundo confía; que el trato a los animales en la agricultura moderna es probablemente el peor de los crímenes de la historia, y que aunque somos mucho más poderosos que nuestros antecesores, no somos mucho más felices.

Su conclusión es que el Homo Sapiens no tardará en desaparecer ya que así como la historia comenzó cuando los humanos inventaron a los dioses, ésta terminará cuando los humanos se conviertan en dioses.

n “Sapiens. De animals a dioses: Una breve historia de la humanidad” (Sapiens. From animals to gods: A brief history of humanity), Professor Harari examines the history of humanity from the evolution of the human species from the Stone Age to the 21st century.

This essay that has become a world-wide Best Seller is as attention-getting as it is controversial and will be made into a film by the director Ridley Scott (Gladiator).

The book takes us on a dizzying journey through all human history from out evolutionary roots to the time of capitalism and genetic engineering in order to show us what we really are.

Sapiens redefines the story of our species from a completely different perspective. It explains that money is the most pluralistic system of mutual trust never before thought of as the only thing that the whole world confides in; that the treatment of animals in modern agriculture is probably the worst crime in history, that although we are more powerful than our ancestors, we are not much happier.

His conclusion is that Homo Sapiens will disappear before long because history began when humans invented gods, and they will come to an end when humans become gods.

Combining profound ideas with extraordinarily vivid language, Sapiens has captured the attention of teenagers as well as academics.

Un queso impresionante An impressive cheese El Patagonzola es uno de los mejores quesos azules de Argentina y es patagónico.

atagonzola, “pata” por Patagonia y “gonzola” de gorgonzola, es un “queso azul cremoso que se come a cucharadas en Italia”, así lo cuenta su creador acá en Argentina, Mauricio Couly, quien vende esta delicia en Neuquén, más precisamente en su restaurante “La Toscana”. Su sabor especiado, su acidez controlada y su cremosidad lo distinguen y lo hacen uno de los quesos azules más ricos.

Este queso lleva un 30 por ciento de leche de oveja y 70 por ciento de vaca. “Es un queso muy diferente a otros azules de argentina, que son un poco más secos, se desgranan y tienen otra textura. Por mantecosidad y particular sabor intenso sin ser agresivo, y por su larga maduración que hace que se le formen unos cristales que lo hacen tan atractivo, es que elegiría el Patagonzola como mi queso emblemático”, comentó Couly.

Por otra parte, es ideal para acompañar en ensaladas y, una buena combinación podría ser, con manzanas verdes, almendras molidas, sal, pimienta y un chorrito de aceite de oliva.

Mauricio Couly, quien se ha convertido en un referente en la producción de quesos, explica que se empieza copiando pero que después de un tiempo “se hace algo original”. Así que ya saben, si quieren degustar buen queso, saben a donde acudir.

atagonzola, “pata” for Patagonia and “gonzola” from gorgonzola, it is a “creamy blue cheese that is eaten by the spoonful in Italy”, says its maker here in Argentina, Mauricio Couly, who sells this delicacy in Neuquén, more specifically in his restaurant “La Toscana”. The band, led by Adrián Dárgelos offers a proposal that sums up his identity with thoughtful lyrics and electronic sounds.

With “La pregunta” (The Question) and “Cretino” (Cretin), the distributed cuts, they give an intimate record, while at the same time with their characteristic melodies.

l Kopi Luwak es también conocido como Café Civeta y está hecho con los granos extraídos de las heces de estos pequeños marsupiales. El animal vive en Indonesia, en donde se produce este elixir.

En los últimos años este producto se ha convertido en una marca indiscutida de Indonesia en todo el mundo, poniendo al país en el ranking de los mercados internacionales de café.

Cada taza de café cuesta alrededor de 100 dólares y este elevado precio tiene que ver con la forma en la que se produce, además de la calidad del producto final que según dicen muchos expertos, posee un sabor exquisito.

o the satisfaction of many, Amazon has introduced to the market the long-awaited Kindle Paperwhite, its portable electronic book reader that makes it possible to buy, store, and read digital books.

This brand new version keeps the same format as its predecessor, but adds a new 6 inch screen. With a density of 300 points, it assures a sharpness and an experience similar to reading on paper with an extra convenience of having a light weight like a printed book.

There is a version with WiFi and another with 3G connectivity through a SIM card. However, Amazon also thought on those that like to relax in a bath with a book, thus Kindle Paperwhite is also water resistant.

One of the main differences is the available storage capacity that is double to the previous model, and offers editions with 8GB and 32 GB, equaling the Kindle Oasis.

n Bariloche, concluir una larga jornada de esquí con una pinta de cerveza artesanal es algo habitual entre los turistas y residentes. No importa el clima, ni la época del año, ya que los bares cerveceros son casi una parada obligatoria dentro del mapa gastronómico de la región.

Entre fábricas y bares, hay alrededor de 25 emprendimientos con elaboración propia de cada cerveza. Junto con el chocolate, es la industria alimenticia que genera más volumen económico en la ciudad, con más de un millón de litros producidos por año.

Si bien la tradición de elaborar la más deliciosa cerveza artesanal ya tiene un siglo, en el último tiempo las propuestas se han multiplicado en la ciudad. Una materia prima de excelente calidad, combinada con métodos tradicionales y antiguas recetas europeas le da una identidad única e inigualable a una bebida local que atrae a turistas de todo el mundo.

Entre los lugares más emblemáticos, se encuentran Blest (cervecería pionera en Bariloche), Berlina, La Pinta, Manush, La Cruz, Lowther, El Establo, Bachmann, y Ruta 40. Uno de los artistas fundamentales del rock nacional argentino cumple 45 años de trayectoria musical.

l primer disco solista de David “El Ruso” Lebón fue lanzado en 1973 y llevó su nombre como título. Allí se encuentran temas como “Copado por el diablo”, “Casas de arañas” y “32 macetas”, los cuales lograron trascender a través de los años. Pero de todas formas, su carrera había empezado unos años antes cuando llegó a Estados Unidos con toda su impronta de multiinstrumentista. Allí fue donde conoció en persona el auge que habían generado The Beatles, Jimmy Hendrix y Eric Clapton.

Al regresar a Argentina, su talento para tocar casi cualquier instrumento, y su humildad, lo llevaron a tocar el bajo en Pappo’s Blues, la batería en Color Humano, la guitarra (también bajo y voz) en Pescado Rabioso, y los teclados en Espíritu.

Pero además, también integró la última formación de Sui Generis, y en 1975 armó su primera banda, Polifemo, de donde surgieron temas como los clásicos “Oye Dios” y “Suéltate rock’n’roll”.

Para finales de los 70, el Ruso formó uno de los grupos más importantes del rock nacional. Junto a Charly García, Pedro Aznar y Oscar Moro le dieron vida a Serú Girán. Allí le puso su voz a “Esperando nacer”, “Seminare”, “Noche de perros” y “Encuentro con el diablo”, entre otras magníficas composiciones.

he first solo disk of David “El Ruso” Lebón was launched in 1973 and had his name on the title. There will be found songs like “Copado por el diablo”, “Casas de arañas” and “32 macetas” (Surrounded by the devil, Spider houses, and 32 flowerpots), which go beyond the years.

But just the same, his career had begun some years before when he arrived in the United States with all his stamp as a multi-instrumentalist.

There was where he found in person the heyday that had created The Beatles, Jimmy Hendrix and Eric Clapton.

Returning to Argentina, his talent for playing almost any intrument, and his modesty, took him to playing the bass in Pappo’s Blues, the drums in Color Humano, the guitar (also bass and voice) in Pescado Rabioso, and the keyboard in Espíritu.

In addition, he join the last formation of Sui Generis, and in 1975, he put together his first band, Polifemo, where song like the classics “Oye Dios” and “Suéltate rock’n’roll (Listen God and Rock ‘n Roll Let Loose).

En el 2016 lanzó “Encuentro supremo” demostrando que aún tiene mucho para contar.

David Lebón mantiene intacto su poder de convocatoria y cada una de sus presentaciones es la oportunidad para ver a uno de los principales cantantes, guitarristas y compositores del rock local. Sus shows son verdaderas reuniones multigeneracionales donde se unen sus viejos seguidores, muchos de ellos con sus hijos, y también los nuevos fans que se sorprenden por su estilo único y su especial inspiración para cantar y tocar.

In 2016, he launched “Encuentro supremo” (Supreme encounter), show that he still has a lot to tell.

David Lebón has kept the power of his attraction and all of is performances are an opportunity to see one of the main vocalists, guitarists, and composers of rock. His shows are real multi-generational reunions where old followers, many of them with their children, and new fans are still surprised with his unique style and his special inspiration to sing and play.

Debe ser colocado en altura, techos o terrazas, donde reciban la luz del sol la mayor cantidad de tiempo posible, y cualquier plomero puede hacerlo. Como cuenta con un aislamiento térmico que evita las pérdidas de calor, la disminución de temperatura del agua es de pocos grados.

La temperatura suministrada por el termotanque es de 65°C (puediendo alcanzar 80 en verano), si tenemos en cuenta que a 40°C ya se considera agua muy caliente y una ducha se toma entre 37°C y 39°C, no hay que preocuparse. ¿Cómo funciona? El colector solar está compuesto por tubos de vidrio con sistema de vacío que atraen la radiación solar calentando el agua que circula por ellos. El agua fría entra por la parte inferior de los tubos, y como es más densa que el agua caliente, permanece en el fondo de los mismos. Al calentarse sube hasta el tanque donde se almacena y conserva.

Para calcular el tipo de termotanque que conviene comprar vale tener en cuenta que una persona gasta unos 50 litros de agua por día por lo que una familia tipo usará unos 200 litros diarios.

Como de noche o con lluvia no se calentará el agua, lo ideal es conectar el termotanque solar a uno ya existente y como el agua ingresará previamente calentada, no necesitará usar el gas para hacerlo. Así se tendrá un combo eficiente a nivel energía y ahorro.

a escala cromática es tan variada que tal vez por eso a la Serranía del Hornocal también se la conoce como el Cerro de los 14 colores, aunque algunos acusen haber visto 33. Los colores son producto de la sedimentación por estratos de la piedra calcárea y van desde el ocre al verde, al amarillo y al blanco.

Esta formación geológica se ubica a 4761 metros sobre el nivel del mar (por eso es recomendable ir después de algunos días en la altura o tomárselo con mucha calma, ya que se alcanzan los 4200 metros de altura), y pertenece a la Quebrada de Humahuaca. En el Hornocal es como si se mezclaran el Cerro de Siete Colores de Purmamarca con la Paleta de Pintor de Maimará.

Se trata de una formación calcárea de numerosos minerales que, producto de la erosión del viento y las lluvias, dejaron a la vista sus colores en las laderas de las montañas plegadas en forma de zig zag.

Este increíble sitio queda a tan sólo 24,5 km de Humahuaca, los que se recorren en 40 minutos. Una vez en el mirador el silencio es lo único que acompaña al

espectador de esta gran creación de la naturaleza. Después de dejar atrás Humahuaca se cruza el río Grande y se toma la ruta provincial 73 en dirección a Santa Ana donde se recorren unos 25 kilómetros hasta llegar al llano desde donde se divisa la serranía. La travesía se puede realizar en auto o en alguna de las excursiones autorizadas. El camino es de ripio por lo que se recomienda circular despacio, con precaución y con respeto hacia los demás conductores.

El mejor momento del día para visitar la Serranía del Hornocal es por la tarde ya que es cuando el sol resalta sus diferentes colores.

In the Hornocal it is as if there were mixed together the Hill of Seven Colors of Purmamarca with the Painter’s Palette of Maimará.

There is a calcareous or lime formation of numerous minerals, a result of wind erosion and rains, that left a view of colors in the hillside of the mountains folded into the form of a zig zag.

Tony Weisman, quien se unió a Dunkin’ el año pasado como CEO para Estados Unidos, explica: “Dunkin’ es una forma abreviada, más simple y moderna versión de quienes hemos sido siempre”, señaló “Nosotros encontramos en el mundo de hoy una gran energía en la simplicidad del nombre Dunkin’”, dijo Hoffman. e cara a una nueva y esperada temporada de verano, el Secretario de Turismo de la Nación, Gustavo Santos, estimó que las perspectivas son por demás favorables: “Puede ser una de las mejores en de los últimos tiempos”. En un contexto económico cambiante, con un dólar que fluctúa de manera constante y que impacta de forma directa en el consumo, vacacionar en el país se perfila como una de las opciones por las que más turistas argentinos se volcarán. Por eso, el funcionario pidió públicamente a los empresarios de todos los rubros vinculados al sector que sean “cuidadosos con los precios”.

Por otra parte, Santos admitió que las condiciones están dadas para lograr el objetivo de tener un receso estival con saldo positivo. Sin embargo, en esta ecuación mucho tendrán que ver todos los proveedores. “Tienen que actuar con mucha

responsabilidad, para que aquellos que viajaban fuera de la Argentina y que ahora van a quedarse en el país, encuentren el mejor de los servicios con la mejor relación precio-calidad. Y así volvamos a recuperar clientes que habíamos perdido”, puntualizó el funcionario.

Al respecto, Santos mencionó como ejemplo el acuerdo firmado entre la Subsecretaría de Turismo bonaerense y los operadores de la Costa Atlántica para no aumentar por encima del 30 por ciento los precios de referencia del último verano, incluso por debajo de la inflación. “Es importante que los precios no se actualicen por el valor del Dólar, para aprovechar esta posibilidad de ser más competitivos en el mercado interno e internacional”, concluyó.

Más que dos temporadas La sede del Ente Municipal de Turismo de Mar del Plata (EMTur) fue el lugar elegido para mantener una reunión entre autoridades nacionales, provinciales y municipales, con los representantes de establecimientos hoteleros de diferentes categorías, hostels, hosterías y hospedajes.

“El objetivo fue conversar sobre la temporada, para poder verla como una oportunidad para la ciudad y, principalmente, para tomar conciencia de la importancia del sector turístico en la economía local, regional, provincial y nacional”, planteó Gabriela Magnoler, presidente del EMTur. Por su lado, Fernando García Soria, Subsecretario de Turismo de la Nación, aseguró que se hizo un paneo de las perspectivas que hay para el verano. “Planteamos las estrategias y herramientas disponibles y escuchamos las distintas percepciones sobre cómo será la temporada. A partir de allí, queremos generar algunas acciones y activaciones para mover la oferta que tiene el destino hacia todos los segmentos”.
