But God showed His great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.

For God loved the world so much that He gave His only Son so that anyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

RETURN OF THE PRODIGAL A certain man had two sons.

But the father said to his servants, “Bring out the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet, and bring the fatted calf here and kill it. Let us eat & be merry; for this my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.”
