Hope Horizon East Palo Alto helps young people develop their full potential. Through after-school, summer, and leadership programs, they offer academic support, faithbased development, and leadership skills. Their goal is to create well-rounded individuals with hope, purpose, and the ability to give back to their communities.

LifeMoves aims to end homelessness in Silicon Valley by offering housing, support, and partnerships.
Our goal is to help young people in our community of reach their full potential. We provide mentorship, counseling, tutoring, and other support to empower them and prevent them from dropping out of school.
Our goal is to provide support and resources to children and families in underprivileged communities. We do this through mobile programs that offer after-school activities, life skills training, and basic necessities.

The Service League helps people in San Mateo County who are incarcerated or struggling with substance abuse or homelessness. They provide programs and support services to help individuals get back on their feet and lead healthy lives.
Our goal is to improve the lives of older adults.We share the love of Jesus with seniors in the Bay Area through worship services, activities, and chaplaincy services. We aim to provide spiritual and emotional support to elderly individuals living in long-term care centers.
Street Life Ministries helps homeless people in the Bay Area by providing them with essential resources and support. Their new program, Homeless to Healthy, aims to help people recover from addiction and reintegrate into society.
WeHOPE aims to help people overcome homelessness and poverty by providing housing, employment assistance, and health services. They offer programs like emergency shelters and case management to support individuals in achieving their goals.
WellSpring is a ministry that supports pastors and nonprofit leaders by helping them prioritize their own spiritual health. They offer retreats, small groups, spiritual direction, and other resources to help leaders recharge and lead effectively.
The mission of Young Life is to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith. Young Life leaders do that through “contact work” which is going to where kids are, supporting them in their context and building a relationship in hopes that we will be able to share the gospel with them.
